Our room smelled of pets and we found a bug that looked like a tick in the bathroom. The overall hotel has quite a few scrapes and bruises and appears neglected. Our door lock was iffy opening. Very few guests there so we suspected they are having difficulty staying open.

Arriving at the hotel I went to the office to check in and had only said “I have a “ and the gentleman behind the counter called me by name and said we have been waiting for you, I was about to say and you know when he said “I know you” but he didn’t. It makes you feel good when you are treated like this and the facility was excellent. Job well done.

Filthy room. Lacking bath towels. Hand towels and wash clothes. Had to ask for them. Doors to room down entire hall were filthy. Keu entry wpould not work into room 90 percent of the time. They would not answer phone at desk. Half time no one at the ront desl to help[. The indian guy insulted me asking me why i wadnt in bed asleep after we had just checked in 15 mintues prior with another clerk . How dare he??

Only rented for hot tub it didn't even work, carpet was standing in water , soaked from ac and windows leaking could not get anyone to help , stinks of mold

Room smelled very bad. Had to use two entire cans of air freshener to mask the smell. Dog or cat hairs in carpet and on furniture. Back of building was a place where many different suspect appearing men aged 20-30 felt the need to make phone calls and linger around the elevator at all hours.

We showed up at the property as a late arrival. Alesha in the front office couldn’t find us at first. She ended up finding us and sending us to room 204 well we went to our room and the room was occupied. We went back to the front desk and informed her of the mistake. She seemed to not really care and gave us another room key to 214. We proceeded up to our room that we soon found out was also occupied by another person! At this point I’m pissed I understand mistakes happen but twice in a row is ridiculous. I go back down stairs to inform her if her once again mistake. She still didn’t seem to care and tried to give me another room keep for a different room. I didn’t take the 3 room key and instead I requested my money back so I can continue on down the road. I would not be happy if people were busting into my room at 2am after being a paid customer. Please keep in mind I’m a pregnant mother and have an 8 year old daughter with me while traveling with my husband for work! This is very dangerous this day and time and with Alesha not caring as much as she is not the best employee for this hotel is my personal opinion! We went right across the street to the Hilton and they accommodated us and apologized to us for this ladies mistakes! I honestly think management needs to be aware of this so something bad doesn’t happen while Alesha is on the clock! Best of luck to anyone that attempts this hotel but I highly don’t recommend it. Especially not with children!

Toilet didnt flush, maintenance did not fix. Staff was great but the stay was frustrating

Tub was dirty. Carpets weren’t vacuumed. The door to my room was nearly impossible to open and wanted to snap me in half trying to get in the room.

Nice and clean place to stay. Bathroom especially shower cabin not looks good. Good breakfast...

I loved the whole property! Close to the interstate!

The doors and carpets on the room floors need cleaning. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned well. Toilet ran all night.

My bathroom was never cleaned i had to ask for it to be cleaned. The wash towls never replaced and coffee never restocked.

Price was the least in the area, and the property is pet friendly. Key didn’t always work as it should. Breakfast could use a little work. Overall, an OK place to stay.

We had a very nice stay at this establishment and will be coming back soon.

Good location great staff and breakfast. Our ac wouldn’t shut off.
