Why does your hotel charge twice every time? No one can solve the problem if you call

The room was HOT. The air wouldn’t stay on. Thin walls could hear neighbors conversations.

**** BEWARE **** Another company that wants to charge you $50 deposit per stay. If you were using a debit card, it is taken out of your account immediately. It was refunded after I left. Took about 4 business days. Staff has a bad attitude. Felt as if I was bothering them by checking in. Charged me $30 for 4 towels they claimed I stole. I don't want their crappy towels. I found the charge and called them and they accused me of stealing the towels. I told them I didn't have their crappy towels and they pretty much told me off. AC in rooms works great and the rooms were clean.

The hotel an staff were extremely nice, found my reservation an had me to the room in less than 10 min. I asked for couple towels got those just as quic k, i enjoyed my stay!

I would’ve never reserved this place if the pictures had depicted that the rooms doors opened to the outside. Inside the room, the stained carpeting was ridiculous.

Pro: Bed was comfortable. Con: WIFI was intermittent. Sink faucet was barely connected to counter and moved around. Only 2 accessible outlets in the whole place, one by the sink and another behind a large chair. The outlet on the desk lamp did not work, which made it hard to do any computer work at the desk. Door lock malfunctioned, so it was tricky to close the door.

This hotel was conveniently located with a hot breakfast that was good. Clean room and drive up, which was perfect for me. Friendly staff.

It seemed like it has been recently remodeled. Loved the bed, mattress so nice and firm. Very clean linen - bed and bath. For privacy, it would be a good idea to have the curtains & track extend well beyond the actual window. I was able to 'fix' this concern using other props :-) Will stay again.

We stayed one night during our travel and it was a comfortable room in good location for us.

Hotel staff was great and accommodated our requirements without any problems. Our stay was a spur of the moment thing for a funeral and they worked with our schedule without any complaints. The only reason for the 3 star on the facilities was that they were dated but I feel it reflects in the price. Definitely would stay again.

No hot water the night we arrived. Had to wait for a bath.

I called Orbitz back to get a non-smoking room, got there, they put me in a smoking room, had them change it and payed extra $10.00 for non smoking. Room was not sound proof nor is door sealed from draft or insects, had issues with deadbolt sticking. Mattress was minimal. I killed an Insect crawling up wall.

We do run a preauthorization for all cards the day of your arrival. All approved cards will be guaranteed a room and assigned a room number. As with your case, we ran a preauthorization and assigned you a room. Once at the property you have the option to pay with the same card on file, use a different card, or pay with cash. It was only a preauthorization and should have fell off. Depending on your bank, it may take 2 to 5 business days for the money to be back on your card.
