So very much different from the pictures. The lobby is fantastic, same room decor but the place is like a wreck. Elevetor cleanness questionnable, room doors are dirty, carpet stained and dirty, bathroom moldy…. Hope of a relaxing time turned out a disaster

The property and stay was great. What I have an issue with is that I paid online through orbits and THEN was charged AGAIN when I checked in! I was told it was just a deposit home and it would drop off at checkout. The hold for $100 dropped off however the second charge for the room did not!
The bathroom wasnt cleaned. Hair and pee all over the toilet. Sink had puddles of water and bar soap uncleaned. Floora werent vacuumed or mopped up in bathroom.
Just a major overhaul - strip out all the unclean floor coverings, paint everything, replace the doors that are absolutely filthy - the Hotel would be better served to close down part, renovate, re-open to the new and then update the other half of the Inn. It simply did not need to be this dirty/soiled coming off a pandemic??? Just don't see that they ever complied with virus prevention during 2019, 2020 and currently. Hopeful that these suggestions help...
I would not use this hotel again, it was the noisiest hotel I’ve ever used and the shower was full of mold.

The hotel is suffering from poor maintenance, and poor cleanliness. The swimming pool is not usable (green scum). In addition, they are not offering any breakfast amenity.....not even coffee. They have the one cup pots in the rooms, but you had to beg for the pods. Also they did not have any creamer in the hotel, and they were not interested in going to get any.
The property was well maintained. while the staff was low that did not compromise the customer service experience. Ms. Pat at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating.
It is conveniently located to where I need to go in Birmingham. It has a really good in room office setup. However the internet is sometimes sketchy. The concessions area was almost totally out of everything and they never restocked it the whole time I was there even though I brought the issue to there attention. The hotel is clean and the bed is not horrible.
Checking was quick and pleasant. Room was clean and nicely decorated.
