We arrived at 630 PM and our room was not ready. Said they'd call when room was ready but they never did. I finally called them at 839 PM and they said room was ready.
Very beautiful and clean hotel. The front desk staff on 2/5/2022 were extremely helpful, and nice. Hotel is located in very nice area close to restaurants and shops etc. Definitely will stay here again.

Carpets in elevators looked as though they had not been vacuumed in a long time. Staff were not unfriendly but certainly not friendly either.
Check in was seamless. Staff was friendly. If I called with any questions, they were very helpful.
The hotel was very nice and clean however when we booked two double rooms for three families for one night while traveling, with confirmation, they did not have two double beds they only had king size beds which was not what we booked. I believe it was an orbitz issue not the hotels. Was not at all what we booked.
My wife and I stayed at this hotel for three nights, the housekeeper never made up the beds nor ever changed the towels, we were told this is due to Covid 19, really odd explanation. The room window is double glazed and was completely fogged by having lost the seal between glasses. Internet is not free, nor is breakfast. Only four hangers in the closet. No shower caps in the room, you need to call the house keeper to have them. Marriott used to have slippers and robes in the room, all long gone. All in all not bad but far from what a Marriott used to be.
A beautiful property. I had stayed there years ago and was excited to visit again. The first evening of our stay we couldn’t get the heat in our room to work. They promptly sent someone to check it. He was great but said they had changed the water on the roof and there was nothing he could do to make it work. He offered to get us blankets. My husband called the front desk and told them his concerns about the situation. They apologized. Also, the refrigerator was frozen and didn’t cool was. Again nothing they could do about it. Upon check out we found they had charged us for internet even though I’m a member of the “club” to get free internet. They did take that off and I’m waiting to be sure those pending charges are removed. Nice place but overall I was disappointed with the accommodations.
The traffic isn’t the best, but it is 280. Overall the rooms are nice and cozy, it’s quiet no matter the time of the day or night. The decor was updated and really nice. Great hotel choice for the price, I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone in need of a nice homey feeling place away from home.
Clean and friendly staff. Great location for travel or business. Free shuttle to local restaurants. Could not have asked for a better hotel experience.
The staff was exceptional and went above and beyond
Unfortunately, despite looking fine, the pool wasn't open. I like an early morning swim to get things started and the blood flowing... one of the reasons I chose this property.
Love the modern decor and amenities. Love that I can order my Venti Coconut Latte at Starbucks in the morning!
I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff. Our hotel stay was outstanding, including the rooms, workout facility and pool. The furniture in the rooms and the bathrooms were very modern and up-to-date. Parking was convenient and the location of the hotel was literally a stones throw from many great restaurants and shopping.I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.
Nice hotel but unkempt. Room was not clean. Requested a new filler for duvet. After 3 hours went to the desk and asked for a blanket or filler and received a frayed blanket with holes. Glass door to bathroom was dirty. Floors were not mopped or vacuumed in room and hall.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Nice room with plenty of space.
