It’s really run down for a Westin. Not sure why they don’t remodel it.

Sink slow to drain. No individual temp control for room; this would’ve been a giant problem for my wife who wasn’t able to accompany me.

Everything was great, from check in to check out.

Great experience & staff, & excellent convenience to anything you are interested in.

Place looks great upon arrival. Greeted by friendly staff. Biggest issue is the flooring near the bathroom. Both I and my girlfriend stabbed our feet from the numerous little needles poking though the floor where the bathroom connects. Both went to get tetanus shots the following business day at the doctor's office. Will not be back, as much as I have enjoyed coming to this place; never again will I return.

Stayed for business, hotel is close to Redstone Arsenal has its own restaurants as well as being part of the Bridge Street shopping complex. Hotel is clean, staff is great. Bridge Street provides great opportunity to get out and walk, it's well lit and safe has many restaurant choices and stores to explore.

Loved the hotel. Beautiful building, work out facility is very nice. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed with smiles and a very courteous staff. Love how close it was to the mall area and I had the pool all to myself. Can't wait till the wife wants to see her mom again, will definitely stay here again.

This hotel was an awesome location. All staff were very friendly and professional BUT the housekeeping staff could not get it together. Every day for 5 days we were short something. Towels, coffee, cups, even left at one point with no toilet paper. I spoke with the manager and he and all staff were quick to apologize, but that doesn't fix anything. One day we went out, got back at 4:30 pm and they had never even come to the room. It's great that everyone is sorry, but at least offer me some compensation. Finally on check out the girl at the desk (not the manager) offered me extra Starwood points. I asked if they could comp us breakfast and she did. So excellent location, good facilities and under trained staff.

The hotel is in a good area with plenty of shops and restaurants.

This is an annual event where my wife and I get way on our anniversary weekend. Few things: (1- Value for money) the room had a deplorable view from the 2nd floor overlooking steam and pipes on the roof of the 1st floor. If asked for what price I would feel the room would be a value, I would answer with less than 50 for what I paid. (Compared to the SPECTACULAR experiences I have had in the past). (2- Location) WONDERFUL! (3- Room cleanliness) Shower had mold and stained/dried soap scum in the soap trays. The water from the sink had a strange odor. (4- Room Comfort) Love the pillows, but the bed was harder than I remembered. I wished there was a King bed available, but that was my fault for reserving the room so close to check-in date. (I think the King size bed feels better). .(5- Amenities) the Wi-Fi signal kept dropping. Refridgerator has to be rented. The cold box actually worked for us because it only needed to hold bottled water. This was experience number 9. On each and every time, I would give 4.75 on 5 total. This experience was a disappointment.

Within walking distance of movies, shopping and great restaurants

It was very nice and clean. Will visit again. It's located in a nice shopping district.

The hotel is very nice and it is great that it is right there at Bridge Street. You have plenty of restaurants, shops and a theater right there. Rooms were very comfortable.

For the price you can't get a better deal, had a wonderful time taking my girlfriend for a birthday getaway, close to a plethora of shopping and dining.

In a good location, right next to shopping and entertainment. But for the price I am going to stay somewhere else next time. Pros did not out weigh the price.

Excellant! If I ownwed a hotel, I would run it just like this! That good! The room service was awesome and food for in-room dining was fabulous! Great tasing food, good varity to pick from, and prompt delivery!! Absoultely wonderful service all way around! Loved the 3 pm Sunday check out! We had a perfect weekend of relaxing and spending quality time together! I will be returning soon!!!!!!!!!!

Check-in was awkward and uncomfortable. Room was nice but nothing special. Felt the hotel was trying to nickel-and-dime me as well as being overpriced. Bent over in bathroom to pick something up and noticed crud under the rim of the toilet bowl. Did not expect that from a place that seems to pride itself on being special. It tainted what was otherwise a great weekend in town.

Great time, could walk to see or do anything we wanted to!! Hotel was great!!

We had a great experience staying here. The rooms were clean and quiet. The hotel is fairly new so that is a nice plus. The staff was a little less helpful than we had hoped..for instance we asked one of the bellman if there was a concierge level and he told us he didn't know. Also, they got my breakfast order all wrong and instead of an apology I got "I'll see what I can do" So that could be improved a bit, but overall we were quite pleased with our hotel stay.

Nothing short of fantastic! Had a great time! Love Bridge Street.
