Everything in the hotel needs to be remodeled. Rooms have no lights.

This is the dirtiest most dated Embassy Suites i have ever stayed at. Top bedding was disgusting, hair and dust all throughout the suite. Had to request room change due to stale smell. I'll never stay here again or recommend others there

The hotel is long overdue for a remodel. It is worn.

The hotel is isolated and difficult to find at night. The staff was excellent and efficient. The room was very good.

Great location and well maintained.

Although the property was clean and the employees were friendly and helpful, the hotel was dated. The hotel is in a great location and has an on sight Ruth's Chris restaurant and there is plenty of parking. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and it was more than enough room for me and my husband. The only downside is the how old and tired the decor is.

The room was nice, clean and cozy. Everything overall was fantastic and I am coming back to stay again this weekend

Run down. Elevator sounded like it was falling apart furnature below standard toilet was just the right size for a three year old

I understand the Covid-19 issues, but it would have been nice to have been told when I made reservations or when I checked in that there would be no housekeeping. The "free breakfast" was a joke - just a pastry or muffin, cold hard boiled egg or a yogurt to choose from. I actually went to the Suite Shop and bought an individual pizza to cook in my room instead of trying the breakfast offering. The phone in my room didn't work and the coffee maker didn't work. Both were fixed. but....

Issues were too numerous to count! Checked in and streamers were tied around lamps, hanging from ceiling, peanuts on floor, and confetti on carpeting. Used bars of soap in bathtub area and pubic and body hair in bath tubs. Obviously, the extreme cleaning practices they were advertising for covid-19 had not been used on this suite! I took pictures of all of it, left the “ proof” with the desk manager AND notified Hilton. NEVER got a response! I am a travel agent who has booked Hilton for years and my husband travels extensively for his job. Neither one of us will ever stay in a Hilton branded hotel after this!

Spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, helpful staff

Staff at desk rude and ignored customers. Never let us know our room was ready until we kept asking. They told us they would text us and didn’t until we were already at the desk. Food tasted old at morning buffet. The halls were dirty with paper all over the floor. The staff at front desk didn’t speak or ask if they could help the customers. They never said thank you

Roomy, large suites with great restaurant and Bar on the property
