"This hotel is awful. From beginning to end. We were a family of 30 in town for a funeral.
Cockroaches in the bathrooms that scurried out when blow dryer was turned on, bed was broken - like broken! Refrigerator door was off hinges. The shower floor felt spongy. Where the shower head comes out of the wall is open and hollow. Shampoo and conditioner bottles don’t open. Three of our guests got bug bites. My Uncle (84 years old) stepped on a 1/2 inch cockroach in the hallway. There was a leather/kinky convention that we feel we should have been told about as we had kids and older adults who didn’t need to see it. We had pre asked for adjoining rooms on a higher floor and they put us on 1st floor where the cockroaches were. Front staff wouldn’t accommodate and help. It was just a hard situation and hard experience. I do not recommend. "
