Lake Natoma Inn

Check-in was fast, I had online prepaid. I was only here for one night, but overall, I enjoyed my stay at Lake Natoma Inn & would recommend it as a good place to stay in Folsom, CA.

Had too paid, extra for staying there, to have coffee in the room, they wanted to charge us for using the water and coffee. Was not happy!!

This hotel has a rate that should be lower. For what you get the money is not worth it. The outside is a little run down (the faux balconies look like they are ready to fall off), and although the carpet in the halls look relatively new the halls smell like pee.

Perfect beautiful location, friendly staff, meet 90 my spectation, really enjoyed walking to the river.

We got married here 10 years ago and came back to celebrate. The front desk staff upgraded our room as soon as she found out it was our anniversary. We had a great time reminiscing. Thank you for making our stay special.

Hotel and room were standard, nothing special. The check in staff was rude.

Clean, efficient, friendly staff and great location. They have a nice swimming pool and hot tub which I did not use - only stayed one night. I would definitely stay there aha.

The hotel is located next to Lake Natoma, a beautiful setting among the trees. We had a problem with the room door lock and an engineer was there immediately to solve the problem. The hotel location near Old Town Folsom, filled with gold rush history and antique stores. Almost magical.

We were out of town visiting some friends, and we couldn't have picked a better location. The hotel was down the street from a historical area of town. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Good location in downtown Folsom and nice pool area. The king room was perfectly clean. Most hotels have toothbrushes, etc. at the front desk if you forget yours, but this hotel does not. The front desk concierge directed me to an "amenity machine" next to the gym that was only half-stocked and out of order. Had to drive to a drugstore to buy a toothbrush. Hot breakfast buffet was an additional cost and the food wasn't very good, although the servers were attentive and nice.

Room was clean and neat. Location was excellent. Bed was comfortable.

Excellent location just down the hill from the historic downtown area. Pretty building, nice grounds, cozy room on 4th floor. Front desk person failed to acknowledge me and even igonored me. Upon checkout (pd $175+ night) she never even asked how my stay was, did not tell me that they appreciated my business or to come back again. Good lodging involves more than just facilities and location.

Very comfortable room and a nice pool area. Shopping and restaurants were only a couple blocks away. Didn't try the restaurant in the hotel. I would stay here again. Also close to the lake.

Staying here reminded me of when I use to have to travel a lot for work in the late nineties. Focus seems to be anywhere but on room comfort. Bed was soso at best and the sheets were the scratchy industrial type. For the same price I could have gone to Hyatt, Hilton or Marriott and got the comfort bed and bedding. While the location was slightly better for what I needed, (ultimately why I choose this hotel) it was actually difficult to get to because of the strange one-way streets etc. better off staying in chain hotel.

Was a very nice experience, would definitely go back

I choose this hotel because I stayed there once before, it was a great location and I enjoyed my experience. This time the experience was good but not as nice as the first time. The room was clean but needed to be aired out.

room was clean and there was a lot of downtown music , activities , close to lake .Only draw -back was road construction.

Well located near the hub of old Folsom. staff was pleasant. room was clean

The hotel advertises pets ok but they fail to tell you that they charge an additional 15 dollars a night and a 45 dollar non refundable cleaning charge. You no they are not going to spend that money cleaning after a 4lb dog that utlizes puppy pads.

Traveled to visit a friend. Location was a factor. Clean room, great beds, and friendly staff. Close to restaurants and shops. Only complaint was the thins walls. Not really the hotel's fault that I was woken up both nights to the banging of a headboard and the couple next door having sex. Other than that...great experience.
