Room was clean, with useful amenities and all the necessities.

This was such a great hotel to stay at. It was close to the outlets and restaurants. The staff were very friendly, the room was better than the pictures and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good as well, I would definitely come back.

It was very peaceful & I felt safe. Really enjoyed my stay

Room was nicely laid out with a small kitchen area. Breakfast was OK, but minimal as compared to similar hotels. Coffee was always available in the lobby, which I appreciate.

I stay here when I am in town to watch rowing regatta competitions because the course is nearby. Fun to meet other families in town for the regattas too

Check in was swift and staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean with fully stocked kitchen and full size fridge. Breakfast was good with options for everyone- even milk alternates.

We have stayed at 2 Larkspur Landing locations. Honestly I am sad that there are not more locations. Of all hotels in have visited my overall experience with these hotels is woneedful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody.

This was a last minute trip. We had never stayed in this hotel or this area before. Overall, the room was good. The couch was a little worn. The A/C worked well.

I loved it. It was nice and had everything I needed

Staff was able to check me in early. The cookies were great in the lobby and everyone was friendly

Good location, just across the street from both the American River Parkway and the outlet mall. This was our second time to stay at Larkspur and we'll stay there again. Staff was great--including the women cleaning the rooms. Everyone was friendly, saying hi every time our paths crossed.

The staffs at the hotel were really nice and helpful. The front desk guy is funny and always jolly to his guests. The rooms are super clean and very welcoming. I love how they are located right across from the Folsom Outlet. You can actually take a walk across the street it the weathers good. There is even a movie theatre in the same plaza if you get bored. Check in, settle your stuff, then shop and come back to have a nice and comfy stay i the room. Parking is a little bit small but the good is that they have exit and entrance on the side building so that you dont have to go through the front lobby. Thats a plus!

My husband and I stayed here on a business trip in early January, but it ended up a sort of mini-vacation . The king one bedroom suite was wonderful. More like a small apartment than a hotel room. Location couldn't have been better for our business, and when business was done, there is an outlet mall right across the street for those who like shopping, and there is a wonderful river walk/bike trail along the American River just across Folsom Blvd. It goes on for miles and miles, a little bit of wild country nestled in the city. Next time we'll bring our bikes. It is also just a short drive to the gold country. And we spent an enjoyable afternoon traveling through that beautiful country and stopping at historic markers. The hotel staff were wonderful. Always cheerful and always available to help. The rooms were as clean as I've ever seen a hotel, and they were very, very quiet. I have a problem sleeping if there is much noise, and I always bring something to mask any sounds, but didn't need it. The bed and pillows were as comfortable as the one we have at home. Really, if we could give this place ten stars we would.

Check in was quick and easy. Employees were friendly and pleasant to deal with. Room was nice. Bathroom was clean. Bed was actually comfortable. Would stay there again or try any of the other locations.

Every one did their part to make sure my stay was as it should be, very pleasant.

Overall was great. A couple of things. First, no pool. If you have kids, that is a drawback. Second, lots and lots of noise from the room above, I think there is zero floor insulation. Other than that, it was good.

It was my very first time to stay in this hotel. I did not expect much, but it turned out a pleasant stay! Clean and comfy room with nice kitchen. Breakfast was also nice. If they had a dinette set in the room, I would have given 5 stars. I recommend it.

Outward appearance of the hotel was impressive. Once checked in, the plastic on the mattress annoyed me all night and made the bed intolerable. Rooms kitchen floor was dirty and not mopped anytime recently. The staff was ignorant of Wi Fi connection instructions and no information was available for local restaurants, businesses etc. unless you thumbed through a 5 inch binder at the front desk. Response was we don't keep room packets because its too much trouble to update. Breakfast was horrible, tried it the first day but went across the street to McDonalds of all places. Picked the hotel due to proximity to business nature of the trip but won't stay there again.

Not too keen with the plastic under sheets on bed. Made it very hot and noisy
