It was great! No issues. Will come back again and recommend this hotel to others.

Room wasn't ready for me to check in at 3:00 pm and I had to wait for others to be checked in first. We were late for our 4;00 pm.!wedding on Coloma as a result.

Good location. Good service. Rooms clean and neat. .

My mom, sister and I stayed here during our annual Black Friday weekend shopping trip. The place was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The included breakfast was full of choices and overall we enjoyed our stay. Great value. Great location.

We had everything we expected. Also, enjoyed the nearby the Palladio shopping/entertainment state of the art brand new area.

Couldn't ask for a better location. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Very clean, nice well appointed rooms. Friendly staff. Usual hotel breakfast fare, plus make your own waffels with blueberries too! Breakfast starts at 6am, I went down for coffee at 5:50 am and everything was ready, Impressive! Good location, so many shops/restaurnats nearby. Just a hop onto the freeway.

In town for business purposes. Great having kitchen and comfortable furniture for end of the day relaxing. Overall experience A+

This residence Inn does not have very good customer service. I stayed here in April of 2009 and had problems but gave them a second chance. Big mistake!! In April, I used the pool and ended up not being able to see most of the night because my eyes were burned by the chorline in the pool. When I complained to the front desk I was told they had just finished shocking the pool for 12 hours and if I didn't like the chorline level I could use the pool at the Marriott next door. Why are they allowing people to swim in the pool right after shocking I don't understand. We also ran out of toilet paper twice on this four day trip. On my recent trip in June, 2009 we again ran out of toilet paper twice. My biggest issue though was our flight in was cancelled so we arrived a day later but they still charged me for the night we did not stay due to a flight cancellation. When I called the hotel I was told that because it was a prepay they could not refund me for the night. If it was not a prepay, they could refund me. When I chercked in, I asked to speak to the manager who never contacted me over my week stay. Seems like Orbits and this hotel have quite the deal!!

We were in the area for a family wedding and needed a place for 5 people. We were in the two bedroom suite which was very spacious. It had 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed and 2 complete baths and the price was great. The breakfast was great as well, with a variety each day--eggs, ham, sausage, waffles, breads, muffins, juice, milk, etc. Again that saved a lot of $ for the 5 people in our party. The room could have been a little cleaner but wasn't bad compared to many other hotels. The staff was very friendly.

My mother and I stayed at this particular hotel for two nights because they allowed dogs. Although their "pet fee" isn't a refundable deposit, $50 was fairly reasonable. The room was nice, clean, and equipped enough for anyone needing to stay for at least a week or so, any longer and I think one would need a more accomodating kitchen with more appliances besides the microwave, toaster and coffee maker. But it suited our needs very well. There was a free breakfast buffet every morning which was a money saver for us and was appreciated. There was also a "vending" area where you could get snacks at any time of day, but the prices were a little too high, although I did get a couple of things. Checking in and out was very simple and quick. However, the hotel charged my credit card for the room even though I had already prepaid through Orbitz. I had to call the hotel and have them reverse it which they did. And for their mistake, they did not charge me the $50 pet fee. I give it 3 stars because it wasn't quite 4 due to our short stay and there wasn't anything that really stood out.

we had a great time.every thing was perfect
