Whether you want to exercise, work, or relax we have you covered. Our place is close to Black Miners Bar, Folsom Lake, and Historic Downtown Folsom.
The space

Our space is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom attached apartment with a private entrance. The backyard, pool, spa and firepit areas are shared with us. We will do our best to respect your privacy while you are staying with us and let you utilize these areas without interruption.

The space offers the following amenities. Keurig coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, flatware, silverware and glassware are ready to use. Free parking on the street. E/V charging is also available upon request.

The space offers an office area, a 65” TV, a peloton bike and guide for working out, walk-in closet, bathtub and shower, kitchenette, dual sink bathroom vanity, queen bed, reclining couch, and coffee table.

The apartment is attached to the main house through a set of double doors. These doors are solid wood and will be locked and controlled by you during your stay. There will be no access to the main part of the house during your stay, unless requested.

If you need anything else during your stay, we are happy to help.

Guest access
Access to the apartment is on the North side of the property. There is a gate with a welcome sign and a concrete walkway. Parking is available with direct access to the walkway.

A Few House Rules
• This a shared residence please be polite and courtesy of the other household occupants.
• Quiet hours are from 9 PM - 6 AM
• No parties
• If you want to smoke, please use outdoor spaces away from windows
and doors.
• Guests minimum age is 25. For guests 18-25 a
minimum of 3 positive reviews and no negative
reviews required. Please message us with
questions.
• For items accidentally left we are happy to send
them back for $35, plus the cost of shipping.
• From time-to-time certain amenities may be closed
or unavailable during your stay. We cannot
guarantee the availability of each amenity.

Pool Spa and Backyard Rules
• No lifeguard on duty – use at your own risk.
• Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• No diving, running, or horseplay.
• No glass containers in the pool/spa area.
• Quiet hours 9 PM – 8 AM
• Respect pool gates, alarms, and safety devices
• Backyard, pool, and spa use is for registered guests only
• In case of emergency dial 911
