"Even though this resort is supposed to be all-inclusive, there's so many things that you either have to wait in line for, or just aren't available. I'm talking about coffee, ice cream, towels, food...just not worth it. We stayed here once 9 years ago when it had a different name, but quality of service, amenities etc. just went down. We're never going back for sure!"
