No hot water in the shower. No beach, a little sand and then rocks. Best you could do is walk ankle deep, no more. Seaweed everywhere! Tried to upsell us on a room, bunch of BS. Avoid at all costs! We will never visit this property again!!

This is a great hotel, live entertainment should last until 12 am. The bar closes at 11 pm & it would be nice if they closed at 12 am.

Only inconvenience is there is no access to the beach directly from the hotel, need to go outside the hotel. Everything else is great. Staff very helpful and friendly. Love their snack bars and the ice cream.

The property is on a public beach access so can be noisy if you are on that side. Even early in the morning. The staff is extremely hospitable and friendly. The activities director David is funny and excellent! Pablo by the pool took great care of us. The beach access is not good and disappointing. Overall a very nice stay.

First I want to say I had a great time at the hotel. The staff is amazing and super nice and helpful. Diego a doorman was an angel helping us with the parking situation and went above and beyond. Now, the reason it’s not 5 stars is because of the beach situation. There is no real usable beach for this property. You got sand and rocks, but the pool area is great for laying out and drinking. In addition the property has NO parking if you have a rental like we got. It’s street metered parking and you have to add money every few hours. Overall we had a great time on the property.

Small but very nice property. Food was amazing. Location unbeatable right at 5th avenue. Beach not great but walk 5 mins towards Hilton and u have a great beach. My room had balcony facing the street and very loud at nights, so tough on sleep. Overall excellent value property.
