We appreciated the clean rooms, but overall, the stay was frustrating. We arrived late (around midnight), and the front office staff told us breakfast was from 7-11 (we both remember this definitely). Awakened at 1:30 with loud neighbors-- music, laughing, it sounded like a party going on. Called the front desk and they did come up and ask for quiet, but within 10 minutes, the noise was back at full volume. This went on until nearly 3:00. Slept so poorly, and the next morning went down to breakfast at 10:00 only to find that breakfast was ended.

It was fine. A trundle bed costs extra which is annoying.

I was early for check-in and the manager on duty was very rude and unaccommodating. I was sent away and told me to come back a few hours later. There were less than 5 cars in the parking lot at the time. It was a very off-putting introduction after an overnight flight. The receptionist that checked me in later in the day was excellent and made a much better impression.

This was the first time that I have stayed at a Best Western...im a regular holiday inn guest. But on this trip I decided to go out of my comfort zone. The Best Western did not disappoint. My room was crisp and clean. Staff was really nice. I forgot the young ladies name that was on duty Sunday Night the last night I was there. She was very helpful . I had to have some assistance printing my boarding passes for my departure the next day. She also recommended a great place for wings as well. My mom and step dad live in the Woodstock area. I know when I make my way to Woodstock again I will definitely stay at the Best Western.

so sorry you arrived early unfortunately we cant always accommodate an early check in i am glad that we were still able to get you into your room a couple of hours early i do hope the rest of you stay was good

i am so sorry you had a bad stay with us, it can sometimes be very difficult to control all of the guests in hotel i do apologize for that, with the breakfast it is done at 10 am on the weekends and i am not sure why you would have been told 11 we do have quite a few new staff so it is very possible there was a mistake made again i apologize
