The Manager Maria was awesome. Gave me a great rate and worked with me on my dog situation (they are definitely dog-friendly). The front desk allowed us an early check in to get dressed for a wedding. The breakfast buffet lady made sure I was taken care of even as she was closing up. I can't say I've ever been treated better by a hospitality staff at any hotel or motel. The rooms are older, but they were clean. The area is conveniently located right near the interstate, but I could not hear it. The only negative is there appeared to be a drug and/or prostitution thing going on the day I was there. Several sketchy, strung-out girls were lurking on the sides of the building and slipping in the carded entry door at different times. They went outside to meet vehicles and then went back in. Not saying Management knew about this, because it was on the side entrance away from their view, but it was definitely happening in broad daylight. It could have been a one time deal, and if I was to have to stay in the Clemmons area again, I would stay here again.

This WOULD have been a nice hotel, but the minute we walked down the hall to find our room, we smelled very strong pot smoke and cigarette smoke, and inside our room was even worse, despite having booked a non-smoking room. I talked to the guy at the front desk and he dismissingly told me they were sold out and he couldn’t move us. I mentioned that he may want to take a walk down the hall because it was obvious lots of smoking was going on even though it shouldn’t be. He kinda just laughed at me and looked away.

The employees at this particular Inn were both professional, and accommodating ! The location to the center of Winston-Salem made it an Ideal place to get around the City. I would recommend this Quality Inn For convenience and cost to value for a overnight to week-end visit to the Area!!!!

From the time I called and spoke with Maria to make a reservation until the time it was check out time with a great front desk clerk Ben, my stay was wonderful. Nice quiet night sleep in a comfy bed, great breakfast choices. Parts of the building are under renovations, but I did not hear any construction work or loud noises during my stay, it did not affect my stay at all. Will definitely stay here again when in the area with work assignments. Very clean room with attention to detail. Great job!

Good stay. Good location for us. We were visiting family in Lewisville. Very friendly and helpful staff. One morning we were late going down for breakfast and the attendant went out of her way to bring food out for us. Very nice!

This was the best stay un a hotel ever Maria is an amazing person who runs a very nice hotel and makes you feel right at home. Cant wait to stop there on our next trip. By far the cleanest place for miles and next to none the best in customer service.

From check in to check out; this hotel knows what service is about! We were greeted by Alex who went above and beyond. He told us where to go to get to our room, the WiFi instructions to log in, even pulled up some directions for us! In the morning, we met "Little Maria" who freshened up my coffee. We had a great conversation about Thanksgiving. At check out, we met the general manager who is also named Maria. She was a wonderful host and it really shows how much she loves her job. She let all the housekeepers have Thanksgiving off and she informed all the guest by writing a beautiful letter that was under my door the morning of Thanksgiving. I do a lot of traveling for work and I have NEVER stayed at a hotel where you would see the General Manager working so the other employees could enjoy their Thanksgiving at home. When I come back to Winston-Salem, I know exactly where to stay!

From the moment of check in, I was greeted with great customer service. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. To see that they have maintenance throughout the day tackling small projects, let's me know that they care about the facility.

No one told me about an adult party with a dj and pretty half dressed women. I was uncomfortable walking in to blaring music in a hotel lobby with all these ladies walking around in lobby. I would have left but hotels in area all booked because of some big convention or something. I complained several times about noise but no one did anything. Loud music finally stopped at 12:30. Got very little sleep. Would never take my family there.

This past weekend, my boyfriend's sister got married in Clemmons, NC. This was the hotel that we regrettably stayed at. My boyfriend and I booked our room months ago. When we arrived at the hotel Maria, the manager told us that there would be a "girls night" in the conference room which was directly beside the room she was putting us in. We of course didn't think anything of it because when you hear "girls night" you don't think bachelorette strip party until 2 A.M. is what that translates to. On Friday night we came back to the hotel around 9 P.M. after the rehearsal dinner to change and go to the venue for some last minute decorations. When we walked into the lobby I felt like I had just walked in to a night club. My boyfriend went into the room and the music was so loud that the pictures on the wall were shaking. We went up to the front desk to talk to Maria about this issue and she said, "I warned you about this." No she didn't. we asked her if we could please switch rooms and she said there was no way we could. At this point I am fuming with anger. She then said with a major attitude like WE were inconveniencing HER for wanting some rest at hotel that we paid $200 to REST at, "I guess I'll just have to clean the room myself." A few minutes pass and she puts us in a different room. We asked her what time the music would subside and she told us that quiet time is at 10 P.M. so we assumed that it would be over by the time we came back to the hotel. BOY WERE WE WRONG! We get back and of course she put us directly above the conference room and the floors were literally shaking. Mind you this is supposed to be a family hotel and this was a STRIP party. At this point it is 11 at night and we are all exhausted. The cops ended up coming due to a noise complaint and the girls running the party said that Maria told them they could have the room until 2 A.M. YEP. We were then told that the party was wrapping up. Then 12:30 came and the cops came again and finally shut it down. I saw naked men running down the halls with just a towel on. Now if that wasn't enough to turn you away from this place, Maria ALSO charged multiple people from the hotel hundreds of dollars including my boyfriend who already paid for the rooms months ago. This place is absolutely horrible. I just want to thank Maria for giving us one of the worst experiences we have ever had with customer service and lying to our faces about multiple situations this weekend. We will NEVER EVER be back and hopefully you take your business elsewhere.
