Good descent place for a quick overnight which is how we used it on our road trip
The hotel itself was fine. The staff was nice. However, our room was terrible. We got a pet friendly room that smelled like urine and everything was covered in hair. I highly doubt the floors were cleaned properly and the previous guests food was still in the fridge.
This was a nice hotel however the noise level in the hallways and rooms was terrible. Staff was somewhat unhelpful in getting occupants to turn down music that was playing at midnight and could be heard in hallways and guest rooms. I will not return to this hotel.
The property was immaculate, very well maintained. staff was friendly, professional. breakfast was warm and tasty. would definitely stay there again.
When checking in the desk clerk asked if I was from the area which I was not because he said his manger did not want local people staying since they cater to out of town business people working in the area. He said he would let us stay but thought we were local since we come from 80 miles away. Then proceed to ask why we are staying and I said leisure but he wanted a more specific answer. I will never stay at this property again it was very disappointing and was not the cleanest room either.
Good clean quiet property. First time I stayed the breakfast was great. The last two times it has been sub-par. They are better than this and should get it back to the way it was. Otherwise, good stay

Normally i love this property but just couldnt give all top marks this stay. Cleanliness in room was ok but found lots of hairs in the tub. Fortunately nowhere else. Check in lady very nice. Checkout guy was nice but woukdnt say anythjng until he was actually approached. Was disappointed in the breakfast this time. Hardly anything out and i was in the middle of the time it was open. Previously, it was great. I'll still stay there again in the hopes it was just an off day in some of these areas.

Nothing unique, wanted pet free- allergies exploded upon entering the room, so obviously a pet had been in the room, very loud cleaning staff in the mornings- stained bedding- unpleasant stay
The location was reasonable for Crater Lake and other attractions within the area. Good value and affordable.
Nice location. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Night audit gave us a dirty room after a long travel day and didn’t know how to resolve the issue.
Good location, nice room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Did not like the small children who were out in the hall off and on throughout our visit, right outside our door, yelling, talking, crying - basically being kids. Dogs barking off and on. But mostly did not like not being able to open our room window due to people smoking outside. We were on the second floor by front entrance - where everyone smoked. :-(
