"The staff was good but the heater in the room failed during the night and we woke up to 48 degree room! We had to be moved to sleep at 2:30am cause there wasn't maintenance available. Said we couldn't get reservations for dinner until 6:45 when we wanted earlier and when we got there it wasn't busy.
When we went to the restaurant they said that no entrees were available and just had pizza and sandwiches. small selection of drink choices. Couldn't get the game on the tv by us and then you couldn't hear it. When asked to turn it up, they didn't. Great pool and hot tub area and good ski conditions but that was it. "
