We had four people in the room. We noticed only 2 washcloths and two towels. We called for room service to bring up more towels and cups for coffee and she said they were short staff I’d have to come get them. In the morning we ran out of towel paper, no extra rolls available. Not enough water pressure for a shower.

From was clean, pillows were nice, mattress was uncomfortable. Commmon area wasn’t unkept or cleaned well at breakfast. Breakfast was average. Unfortunately, the other guests completely ruined our evening. We have a small child that was trying to sleep at 8:30 and the halls were full of unsupervised children, running, playing, yelling, slamming doors, and full on playing hockey. I did come out and ask the kids to keep it down, that we have a small child sleeping, they responded appropriately but the noise continued off and on til 11:00. I requested extra pillows, front desk said they’d bring them to our room and never did. When I called from the room to front desk or house keeping, no one ever picked up. I called 5 or 6 different times.
