After a long stressful few days of dealing with my deceased father's affairs in Buffalo, New York, we woke up to find the car we inherited from him that we were driving back to Iowa would not start. We were stranded. My husband and I asked several patrons around the hotel to help us jump start the car to no avail. We were frustrated and desperate, until the front desk clerk saw we were in need of help. She found someone from the staff immediately who came out to help with the car. This little bit of kindness made an awful situation a little more tolerable and we will never forget it. Thank you.

Birthday stay

I booked a stay for my boyfriend and I for my birthday and ended up having a family emergency so we weren’t able to stay but I was able to get a prorated price which was nice! Staff was very friendly to us and accommodating
