I arrived late at night and expected check-in to be a bit of a struggle, but it was actually super easy and took less than five minutes. The front desk staff was very polite, helpful, and made the process smooth. When I got to my room, I was impressed by how clean it was—honestly way better than the pictures posted online. The in-room hot tub was amazing and very clean. The hotel itself was quiet and in a great location. Parking was easy, although I did have to use the pool next door, which wasn’t a big issue. Overall, I’d rate this stay a 10 out of 10. I’ll definitely be coming back. I love this location, and the staff was great.

Showed up for our reservation and was immediately told they were overbooked and had no room for us they were already arranging a “just as good” room next door. After ten minutes of aggressive keyboard clacking, the front desk suddenly “found” a room after all. Funny how that happens when the parking lot has all of 15 cars in it. Got to the room and made a beeline for the bathroom barelya y toilet paper on the roll. Spotted a fancy Kleenex box on the counter problem solved, right? Nope. Two tissue inside. That’s it. Opened the mini fridge to chill our drinks and nearly gagged. Someone’s ancient, half eaten meatballs were still in there, turning the entire room into a meatball scented candle that burned all night. Super romantic vibe for date night with my wife… said no one ever. The shower was the grand finale. Grabbed the shampoo bottle and found a long pubic hair glued to the side like it was part of the label. Finished washing up, reached for a towel, and was slapped in the face with the unmistakable aroma of old salmon that apparently never made it to the laundry. Fake overbooking, two Kleenex, meatball air freshener, souvenir pubes, and fishy towels. This place checked every box for “never again.” Stay literally anywhere else.

Our room was not the cleanest. The maid only made one bed and did not do the other one. The bathroom door and walls were marked or maybe damaged and not repaired. I paid good money to stay there for a good quality stay. The elevator area was very dark and dirty and needs repair. I was very disappointed with my stay.

clean room, the lady who checked me in was awesome, but the day time ladies did nothing i asked them, clean room, towels, shower get was out and told them the sheets where not fitted they rolled up when i got in. they didnt tell the cleaning people but thank got i got the lady i had checked in with in evening again and she took care of me. not impressed with the ladies on day time and hope they get repremanded for it

This was our second stay within 2 days at this facility. Both times we had our 2 dogs with us. On the first stay we checked in and out without mention of a pet fee. When we checked out the second time the front desk person advised of a $75 fee. I told her that no one had mentioned that. I signed nothing stating I knew about a fee. She did not offer to waive it until I stated that it was bad business to try to charge a fee at checkout that I was not made aware of. She waived it but was not friendly about it. I said thank you and have a nice day when I left and she said nothing. That ruined my good feelings about the facility. Everyone else was very welcoming though.
