Hotel was nice, simple and clean. Just what we needed. Good quality for the price point. My only complaint would be that the pool water was cloudy (which is super gross to me) but with all the spring breakers I suppose that is hard to avoid. Staff were all very nice and helpful, and room was clean.

Came in late in the night The front desk was okay He was wearing a mask And sent me on my way I got a second floor room Upon entry I was like erm this is small But it was only me So didn't really bother me at all I took a glance around the room To make sure it was clean With covid being so contagious I checked from the floor to the ceiling I started with the bed I checked under the mattress No bed bugs here And no stains on the fabrics Made my way to the bathroom Found a sticky floor to greet me I hope it was cleaning residue Leftover from the cleaning lady The shower was sketchy You could tell it was a bit worn But for the price that I paid I shouldn't expect something more Overall I was happy I couldn't beat the price Cleanliness 8/10 And I slept through the night!

Ok spot to stop for night on our trip . Fairly easy check in

The reception desk person wore no mask, handed me her pen to sign a document, used her hands to take my driver’s license and swiped my credit card. When I asked for a disinfecting wipe, she pulled out her large gel-pump, which does no good. I asked if they had a Grab & Go breakfast service, she said they just have a regular breakfast buffet. I asked if this area didn’t have any COVID-19 restrictions; she said “No, nothing.” If their state doesn’t have any restrictions, they should know that, by definition, they are hosting travelers from all parts of the country—who want to stay somewhere that is safe. They also may be bringing COVID-19 with them. Her job is to ensure that I am assured that this Country Inns has MY (and their employees’) safety and health as their HIGHEST PRIORITY. I do not believe she knows or cares about COVID-19 danger. We disinfected our room as best we could but, for the first time in a week of travel, are truly frightened about the lazy attitude, as seen in this employee. Is the housekeeping staff equally lax. We will not be staying here again.

Stay here because of convenience, price, proximity to customers and roads. Staff is amazing!

we only stayed 1 night but everything was good close to all erie shopping rite next to the ihop

My room was small. When I moved a chair to sit down there was a child’s toy under it, must be from previous occupants. So was my room really cleaned? The shower in the tiny bathroom was a small stand up shower with a rusty door.

Convenient to interstate. Breakfast included. Desk staff was courteous.

Travelling for work: Just an overnight stay but had full morning to laze about b4 work- THIS is THE hotel!! Super comfortable bed, very hot shower & GIANT TV!! - the biggest tv ive ever seen in a hotel room! Stayed a second night 2 days later after work, travelling home. The guy at the desk remembered me (not that that matters at all) but he was GREAT & i would recommend he get a raise! I asked him if he ever gets a day off, he said sometimes with a smile- said he loves his job, not one complaint. (HELLO MANAGEMENT! Pay him great so you can keep him!! I have a business, i know!) This hotel is BEST in CLASS- its pricey for me bcuz i'm cheap but i will always look first for a deal online for country inn. On fri, there were a ton of kids running the halls (that's on parents). The kids are excited bcuz the indoor pool is great plus there is a giant water park across the street. Less quiet fri, sat prob; was very quiet sun nite. Tons of restaurants in area, just off I90. The king room is small but very efficient & cozy, full amenities. The gym is small but just right. The cleaning staff is super nice. A+++

Not enough bath towels in rooms and no security at pool

I loved our stay here! Wanted near the pool, and had a room just around the corner from the pool and spa! Grandson really enjoyed the free cookies. And personnel was very helpful! Can't say 1 bad thing about my stay! Wilk refer my friends!

It had an amazing stare. Some of the nicest most helpful hotels down I had ever had the pleasure of dealing with. It had a beautiful pool and hot tub. Great coffee in the lobby and breakfast The room was exceptional . My mother was a patient Hammett Hospital and we were given A better rate because of that. That is not something you find very often these days. A company that gives back when you’re at your bottom. I would highly highly recommend this motel/hotel to anyone needs a hotel in Erie.I cannot stress how impressed I was with the staff/cleanliness/comfort in this hotel. Also the beds were extremely comfortable

My family stayed here on a recent trip to Splash Lagoon. The hotel is very new so everything was clean. The hotel staff were very nice! They make free cookies to keep in the lobby and the first evening my kids wanted some but there were none left. I asked how often they make them so we could try to get some. The staff made a new batch. Unfortunately, they went quick and other hotel patrons gobbled them up before we could get any. They next day though the same hotel staff was putting fresh cookies in and recognized me and told me to hurry and grab a few so we didn’t miss out. It was thoughtful and nice that he remembered us! The pool was very nice with a large hot tub that the kids loved. The breakfast in the morning would be my only complaint. It was good, but too packed in there. They need a bigger, more open space for it. The lady running it was not very nice, but she did have a lot to take care of so I get it. Also, the breakfast is free so I can’t complain that much! Overall, this was a great hotel and I would definitely stay there next time we’re in Erie. I would also recommend it to anyone.

UNFORTUNATELY MY TRIP WAS CUT SHORT DUE TO TIRE BLOW OUT ON THRUWAY, BUT I HAVE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL A FEW TIMES WITH AND WITHOUT SPLASH LAGOON PACKAGES (INDOOR WATERPARK ACROSS THE STREET)

My family really enjoyed this visit...this is the 2nd time we stayed at this location. The staff was friendly. It was convenient and affordable. The continental breakfast was good too...especially the waffles :) Thanks see ya all next year!

I do apologize for the experience you had here. I can assure you that each and every staff member here has been education and trained on the Covid-19 guidelines. The hotel itself was shut down for deep cleaning, covid approved. I am not sure who it was that was not following the proper guidelines set in place and I sincerely apologize on their behalf. I do hope that you will give us another chance. I have addressed this with the entire team here and went over the covid restrictions/guidelines in detail again to assure this will not happen again in the future. Thank you.
