I feel like the picture looks nicer than the actual property. The place is very outdated and I hate to complain but when I go away, I’d like to feel comfortable in a nice place. The pool was nice but could be cleaner.. also, outdated. The employee’s were very nice and accommodating when I asked for anything. Also, it would be cool if there were drinks/snacks available for purchase in the front but not a huge deal. sadly, I would not stay here again. :(

Staff was friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well maintained. This is our second stay there and we will be back! A few favorite things: pool, hot tub, and breakfast!!

Room was conveniently located and clean. Front desk staff were very nice and friendly. Kitchen personnel not very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Will recommend this as a nice place to stay.

Convenient location. Breakfast was good. Disappointed the hot tub was being worked on and the pool had a lot of stuff floating in it due to the construction.

The desk clerk was very friendly and welcoming. The property and our room was dated and patched together. The room itself was clean and well stocked with supplies. Our biggest complaint would be that housekeeping woke us up both mornings with loud slamming of doors up and down the hallway. It was not a terrible experience but we probably won’t be staying there on our next Erie trip.
