It’s ok. It a bit rundown. I stood there about 4 years ago the place was in a better condition. The room did not look too clean or in order. Bed sheets and pillow cases were wrinkled. Towels don’t feel fresh. No bar soaps or lotions. We stood there 4 days and only at breakfast once and was not good at all. Not the best place to have breakfast.

Yes the house keeping was terrible. We stay at Baymont Inns and suites every time we come to Erie. This experience was terrible. The room was never serviced from Friday to Monday. My husband had to go get toilet paper twice and we also had to go get towels. We saw the house keeping Lady, l talked to her and she said that she would take care of it. But all she did was throw some towels on the rack over the ones we had used. The towel that you step on after you get out of the shower was still on the floor and the clean one she threw across the shower tub. We had a handicap room because we need the space. She left the empty cans on the night stand and the floor was never vacuumed. She took the covers on the bed and just rolled them up. The four lipgloss on the bed were terrible. This was. The worst three nights that we ever spent at the Baymont Inn. If something isn’t done l won’t recommend the Baymont in to anyone. We have been coming there for at least ten years. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had. Really disappointed with our stay there this time.

New shower curtain too short. Did not reach into the tub at all. Desk clerk suggested to shower and soak up the water with extra floor mats. Said we wouldn’t be responsible for any damage. Went to the Walmart and bought a shower curtain. DTV bare bones package. No Fox News but had cnn ? As I was standing at the sink brushing my teeth I heard what sounded like a saw cutting something in the room above us. Suddenly I heard a rush of water from above and the sink began to fill with some nasty smelling water. We packed and checked out. Convenient location but.

A little more options for breakfast would be nice. What was available was good. During our stay there was issues with the elevators. One elevator was working but not the greatest. The carts that are provided to use, the tires are in really bad shape and need replaced. Very hard to maneuver. The rooms were clean except in the bathroom. Behind the door in the corners is caked with dirt and hair. The bathroom door was dirty with black marks and splash of some sort of liquid. Either wipe down or repainting would be good. Other than that it was a good stay.

Very reasonable price for a mid week stay. We were pleased. Pre check in was great. Breakfast was the usual stuff. Oatmeal was cold due to the holding unit failing. They keep the items stocked. My only complaint was the mattress needed flipped. I turned myself around to put my head at the foot of the bed and it was better. The staff was very efficient upon our check-in. I did ask to be closer to the elevator and he did give us a good room. I think if you make online reservations they put you at the very end of the hotel, farthest room from the elevator. This happened the night before at a different hotel. Overall we would stay there again.
