This hotel is attached to Splash Lagoon, which makes it appealing if you are visiting the water park. The room was much better than I expected. as it was much quieter than I expected. The temperature control in the room was outstanding, as well. Everything was clean and in order. We had breakfast, which was complimentary but crowded; however, the food selection was decent and tasted quite good. I was hoping for a serviceable room, but this was much better than I expected.

We took the kids, 12 and 18, here for an overnight stay in February, to visit splash lagoon. The hotel is very nice. The lobby, while small, is very warm and welcoming. The staff at the front desk were pleasant and accommodating. They provided us with a toothbrush free of charge to replace one forgotten at home. The breakfast area was bright and was freshly stocked with delicious hot foods. The selection was a great one, for a breakfast included in the minimal cost of the room. We booked through splash lagoon and were promised park tickets from 12 noon arrival day to close on departure day and were not disappointed. They were available at the front desk promptly at noon. The hotel did not have an elevator, but the stairs were easily accessible. This is the farthest connected hotel from splash lagoon. The walkway was a comfortable walk, especially with the cold temperatures outside, however, would not be good for anyone that is disabled or needs assistance with transport. There are many stairs and ramps to make it to the park. There are many signs showing the way at each intersection, but there are many doors and entrances to go through before making it to the park. The kids enjoyed the pool area. The gym is available for use, but is small. Beds were comfortable after a long day at the park and while there was a bit of noise with kids excited to be arriving, once asleep, it all faded away.

We stayed here one night with our family to go to Splash Lagoon waterpark. Our hotel room was clean, however it did smell very musty. It was convenient to walk through the hotel to get to the waterpark and breakfast in the morning was good.

We're Erie locals that needed to get an early start out of town ahead of some bad weather and chose this hotel due to it being pet friendly. The location at the head of Peach put us in easy striking distance of plenty of food options and the price was surprisingly modest for the accommodations. Comfy, firm beds, fairly roomy room and the decor was modern, current and yet very warm. We were especially pleased to hear virtually no highway noise, despite being just yards from the Interstate. The usual wall heater was amazingly quiet and efficient and perhaps the best treat of all was the walk in tiled shower! I might not want to spend a week here, but for a quick overnighter with easy highway access this place gets high marks! The only complaint might be the poor snow removal causing slippery, sloppy conditions in the parking lot, but that's to be expected after last week's record snow falls. All in all, a very pleasant, brief stay.

We stayed here as part of a 2 day Splash Lagoon visit. We thought the value was great for the price. We had a room with a king and bunk beds for the kids. There was not a speck of dirt in the whole room or bathroom. Everything was very clean and fresh. My daughter loved her set up with a bunk, small tv and desk and kids movies to rent for $1. It definitely has a long walk to Splash Lagoon but it is connected so at least we did not have to go outside. There was a ton of snow that hit before our arrival and then probably another 6-10 in while we were there. They worked hard to keep the walkways and parking lot cleared and that was much appreciated. The only negative thing is with the breakfast. It is supposed to run until 9:30 through the week but instead of just not refilling anything and gradually cleaning up, they practically took the food from us at 9:30.

We go to Splash Lagoon each Thanksgiving, and have really come to enjoy it. We generally stay at Residence Inn, However this time we decided to try Comfort Inn. Upon arrival there was a really weird smell in our room, and it was a bit dark and dingy. It's a bit of a hike to the park, but I knew that going in. I would ask for 2nd floor on the side OPPOSITE the interstate if I were to stay again. The breakfast was adequate (waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, breads, cereal and yogurt) The beds however were some of the MOST UNcomfortable I've ever slept in!!(the sleep I did get due to discomfort) The pool area was nice and quiet; amd all the kids enjoyed it until 11:00 after the park closed at 8:00. All in all It was a decent stay; will chose Residence Inn again next time UNLESS the deal at comfort inn is just too good to pass up!!??

We were coming up to see TSO. Wanted a hotel that was not far from downtown. Room was nice. Our only problem was the noise from interstate. We were in 201 facing the road. Wish the windows were thicker to block out the noise. The art work was nice. I did find it funny we were in Erie with 3 nice Lighthouses. And the photo hanging on the wall is the Lighthouse in Marblehead Ohio. The ship was cool cause it was like the Niagara docked in Erie. Breakfast was okay. Pool was nice. But did not get to use it. We would stay again.

We experienced an average experience during our stay at Comfort Inn & Suites. We were able to check into our room a little early which was wonderful. The free breakfast was delicious and our service was great! The room was clean and our beds and pillows were comfortable. Overall it was an enjoyable experience.

We stayed here in September 2017. It was such a nice hotel - room was really clean and quiet. The pool area was one of the best we have seen. The water was warm and really clean also. The front desk was so friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

This is still one of the cleanest hotels we have ever visited, from the lobby, to the hallways and the rooms. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had a very quite and comfortable stay. The only little issue we encountered was again our room keys didn't work from the outside and we had to get new ones so that we didn't have to enter from the lobby every time.
