The staff were professional and responsive. The pool was smaller than expected. Location was satisfactory to Presque isle. Loads of shopping nearby. Housekeeping services were non existent. But, when requested was quickly given what we needed.

Pool was great. Our room had a piece of the carpet missing near the bathroom, not appealing. Toilet didn't flush right so had to hold it down. We booked 2 rooms & they put them on 2 different floors & couldn't fix it when we arrived. Thursday breakfast was great & kitchen staff was awesome. Saturday wasn't great & our of a lot of items.

The beds was so hard my back still hurts! And the one guy that checked us in had an attitude at first then became friendly! They never cleaned our rooms even after asked to do so. So our bathrooms were out of shampoo, towels and conditioner!
