I will only fly Delta whenever possible
All the staff from Tampa through Detroit to Erie were very upbeat and friendly. It was an easy comfortable trip.
Asked for wheelchair service due to close layover connections and physical limitations. Wheelchair and staff was waiting when I got off the first flight in plenty of time
Looking for better pricing in connecting flights.... unfortunately Erie PA is a smaller airport which makes for more expensive flights
I purchased this ticket for my disabled sister to come to CT for our mother’s funeral. The trip out in American Airlines was horrible for her. The attendants refused to help her with her bag, actually telling her that if she coukdn’t find overhead space for it she should have checked it. A fellow passenger had to help her, who himself was chastised for holding up the plane! My sister was traumatized and humiliated. My family will never fly AA again. Delta, on the other hand, could not have been more helpful and accommodating, even upgrading my sister to a forward seat so she wouldn’t have to walk so far to her seat. They took her bag for her and boarded her first. My family and I are VERY appreciative of everyone who helped her.
Delta was great! The TSA agents at the San Francisco airport not so great. 3 out of the 4 of them were rude, bossy, and condescendingly impatient with passengers. Completely unwarranted.
