It was pretty bad, handles on the drawers were broken, there was trash on the floor by the bed, left over condoms in the bedside drawer, the toilet was not cleaned and there were leftovers from the people there before us. Pretty dumpy outside, not at all like the pictures.

Don't do it ...

I would have walked away if it wasn't for my non refundable payment. Sketchy folks in the lobby and in several different cars in the parking lot that were non guests. Hallway carpets were warn out and very dirty. Furniture in the room was ripped, cabinets missing or had broken handles. Sink had hot water only, bathtub hadn't been cleaned and had hair in it. Both entrances had garbage cans overflowed with trash. It wasn't "quality"

Dont stay here!!!

Checked in, went to room, found out the advertized hot tub (one of the main reasons for staying in the first place) was broken, then found puke on our bed. Went back to desk and ask for our money back. They said "we dont give refunds". We left and i disputed the charge with my credit card company.

Road construction on the same block, so noisy/inconvenient in daytime, but quiet during the rest of the evening/night. Dogs in hotel barking late into the evening, but thankfully not all night. Staff is very accommodating and nice. Hotel is showing signs of age and wear n tear, but not falling apart yet. Although, toilets were made for small children and not adults... very low to the ground, which is hard for older people or arthritic knees to squat down to.

The people upstairs were running a marathon in their room and the staff somehow could not stop them from running. We asked twice at 2 am and again 4 am and just resolved to the fact we weren’t getting sleep. There was a blood spot on our sheet. We found a pair of slippers, a dog toy, and a sleep mask. The breakfast was insanity…like 50 people shoving for scraps and NO COFFEE….2 jugs of creamer though. Also there was a muddy footprint in the shower….like a bare footprint not like a boot print. Staff did a good job though for check in and out

I had the worst and most horrible experience with Quality Inn Wenatchee. I would never recommend staying here — even if it’s your only option. It will completely ruin your vacation. The service was terrible, and the rooms were filled with an unbearable smell. When I asked for a better room, they didn’t bother to fix the problem — they simply offered me a room freshener. Even basic essentials like hand soap weren’t provided in the room; you had to go to the front desk to get them yourself. I booked this property through Expedia for two nights, but we had to leave within 60 minutes after seeing the condition of the place — stinky rooms, dirty sheets with hair all over them, and overall unhygienic conditions. To make matters worse, Expedia did nothing to help us get a refund for services we never used. Bottom line: Do yourself a favor — avoid this property and save yourself the disappointment, frustration, and wasted money.

The hotel is near many stores and restaurants so it’s in a convenient area. The condition of the hotel is poor. Since our room was at the end of the building we parked where it would be closer to enter near our room. But the door didn’t have an outside handle since it had been ripped off. I mentioned this to the attendant at the desk and she confirmed that yes it did not have a handle. The carpet in the corridors and lobby are very dirty and soiled. We approached our room thinking what will we find when we open the door. But the room was thankfully cleaner but still not as clean as many other hotels we have been to. This being the case we didn’t have any desire to try the continental breakfast that was offered the next morning. The owner needs to invest in cleaning and repairing the building because as I said before, the hotel is in a convenient area. We will try to not stay here again I would rather pay more for something cleaner.
