Convenience

The hotel had cockroaches and would not put us in another room or accommodate for the in convenience….. very in satisfactory

The room we were put in must have been one that needed to be accessed with excessive force as there was a larger circular dent/paint chipping in the middle of the door & what appeared to be crow bar like markings all along the actual door/door casing that were visible from both in & outside of the room. The paint was coming off the ceiling, there was mold on the ceiling above the shower (most likely due to not having a fan). Pets are allowed & I assume a dog chewed the corner of the arm on thevswivel chair. There was only a thin sheet on the bed. No quilt or comforter. The AC/heat unit only would blow cold air. We tried turning it to 83° & it was still freezing. Crumbs on the desk, desk chair & floor. The drawers on the dresser could not be opened & the handles were rusty (again most likely from such extreme humidity within the room) Different vehicles were pulling in & out all night long. Made for a not so relaxing nights rest.

Can't speak about the other rooms, but the room i stayed need remodeling. Looked like a 1970s hotel room. I couldn't sit on the chair, becos it had hole in it and look old. Was afraid i would get bugs if i sat on it. Will never lodge at the hotel again. However, the environment looks safe and quiet.

I think the staff does their best to manage the property and it’s not that they don’t care. But it’s a really dingy place to stay. I needed a room and I didn’t want to spend a lot of money- so okay good that I had a roof over my head and a lock on the door but- I wish I’d gone somewhere else. The room smells smoky and that might be buildup from the years. The a/c is dusty so unless I wanted to open the door and make myself vulnerable I couldn’t get fresh air to the room. The walls are thin and the neighbors are noisy. The ice machines are dirty. The bedspread had dark stains and someone’s hair on it when I checked in. When I left there was a used needle next to my car. I’ve stayed in other red roof inn locations and had a better experience but I don’t think I could go back to this location.

The room smell ugly and the bed is bad no more comment

Upon arrival the room smelled liked smoke and the blankets had stains in them. The window curtains also had holes in it. There was a loud group of people outside with lawn chairs taking up a parking spot while drinking and smoking. House cleaning did not come to our room one of the days due to there being “to many checkouts”. At least that’s what one of the housekeepers told me after giving me a hard time about getting clean towels and making me bring her my dirty ones. NOT RECOMMENDED.

It took me 30 mins just to pry open the door. There was dust in the room.

We got exactly what we paid for: a decent room, cleaner than not (a super funky shower curtain... and I mean smelled like.. late-night couldn't find a towel after shower). They did give us a new one after 2 tries. And only one tiny baby cockroach that probably crawled in through the space under the front door. Overall, not a terrible experience!

Its ok . I was there for 2 night's and did not spend much time there . If your just looking for a bed this might suffice although the bed was not to comfy and the pillows were flat . Lots of construction in area so no place to grab coffee or anything . The lights in tge parking lot could light a stadium but i think its to deter crime .

The room was very clean but I had roaches. But the cleaning staff did everything they could to clean the room

It's a basic room. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the staff kind. But it's a basic hotel: the room was small and there was nothing to note beyond it provided us a place to stay. Simply, there's nothing negative to report but nothing remarkable either.

Dirty inside - bugs, garbage under the bed, former occupant's bathing suit hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Cigarette butts all over the property. People next to us were smoking outside our room. i asked the front desk person (who was very nice) if this was a safe place to stay as it did not seem like it was.

This property was very dirty and run down. Our sheets were dirty and we had to go to the front desk to get clean ones. The staff was very nice.

Only one ice machine working. No microwave or mini fridge in room.

Tv didn't work. No phone. No was cloths. Won't be returning to this hotel.

Close to town center. Lots of construction going on with the road nearby but it's cheap.
