The house was well kept. However, the dryer was full of towels and wash cloths which we folded and put in the linen closet. The toilet paper supply and lack of tissues was the only troublesome issues we had. Overall Excellent!

Perfect Location

This property was perfect for our first trip to KY, mainly to visit the Ark Experience. The location is easily 30-40 minutes from attractions in KY and OH which we frequented both the entirety of our stay. The home is beautifully decorated with intentional attention to details like multiple charging ports in each room, an extra blanket in the bedrooms, and plaques on the walls and doors reiterating the house rules. Communication was easy and fast with the property owner. He was very accommodating from booking through our stay. We have already suggested the property to some of our friends!!!!
