Tulsa is new for me. The location of the hotel can't be judged well but it was two blocks from my destination. The problem was a leak in my closet. The carpet was just wet.

This place was absolutely terrible. Literally the worst hotel I’ve ever seen and we travel a lot. The hotel we usually stay in when we are in Tulsa was closed so we picked this one. Never ever ever again.
I do think it is crazy that the parking is not included in the cost of the hotel & that breakfast is not included with the price of the hotel with the price we are paying for this hotel it this should all be included.

The room next door had a party till after 1. They asked them to keep it down and nothing changed. Got very little sleep. Will not return
We had to wait in line for 30 minutes to check in. Granted a soccer tournament was going on and lots of people were checking in at once, but the real kicker was once we finally got to the front desk we were told that rooms were not ready. We waited in the lobby for a room to be ready for almost 2 hours before we decided to just put our stuff back in the car and go out. A room was ready by the time we got back to the hotel around 11pm.
Hated the beds and pillows Terribly uncomfortable Needs updating or better quality Temp in room was not acceptable No matter how we set it, it seemed to have a manual override.

Overall amenities were fine and in alignment with what I'd expect for the price point, company, brand, etc. Was very frustrating that they handled my split booking so poorly. Frequent bangs on the door by housekeeping to check me out while I was sleeping. And despite me calling the front desk to explain (which I should not have been expected to do), I also got locked out of my room because I was automatically checked out. All very frustrating and none of this process was explained to me when I checked in, and it should have been.
Hotel is fairly nice but the shower didn't drain, so you were standing in a foot of water at the end of a shower
