We waited in line for over an hour to get to the check in desk just to be told that our rooms were not ready. They could have easily told everyone in the long line that they didn't have our rooms ready. They did not care about anything that was going on and then when we got the room, the painting was noticebly pulled of the wall, there was a beetle on the bed and it was def not worth what we paid to be treated the way we did. We couldn't change rooms due to being sold out.

This was by FAR the worst checking in experience I’ve ever had. The staff should prepare to welcome big crowds when a special event is happening at the BOK center, pretty sure this is not the first, nor last event that will be held there. The systems collapsed and the staff were incredibly overwhelmed, snapping at people and making rude comments. Apps were down and there were no physical keys available for a big while. This is one of the very few places I’ve had to pay for kinda decent WiFi, and even then, it was way worse than other hotels were I’ve gotten it for free… and forget about the cookie haha. It’s definitely not gonna be my option for Tulsa anymore, rather stay a bit further from the BOK center than having to stay here again.

We waited an hour and a half to get a key for our room. I understand that was not necessarily their fault but they should have known it would be busy and adjusted for that. As well once we got to our room it had not been cleaned. The bed was slept in and bathroom was a mess. They did send someone to clean it but it wasn’t the optimal situation. My girls needed to get ready in a hurry for the concert after waiting so long and the room was not in a condition for them to efficiently do so. I went to talk to the front desk and was simply told “I’m sorry “. I paid $300 for the room and even called that morning to ensure my room was paid for. I was told our keys would already be ready for us upon arrival and of course they were not. It was very frustrating after driving 5 hours. The beds were very hard and my back hurt the next morning. Over all it was not a pleasant stay and we will not be going back.
