We had a great stay at this property. The room was spacious and clean and it easily accomodated my family of four. It offers shuttle service to the airport and we also reserved long term parking at the hotel. It was a great experience . Costco and shopping malls and a few restaurants are not too far away by car.

Great hotel that is minutes away from Toronto airport. A shuttle service to and from the airport every half hour makes it easy for travel. Also has a very nice restaurant.

few amenities, price for parking should be included and not an extra, when we arrived to bed we realized there was no sheets for the pull out bed and the man who helped at the front desk was very short at midnight

What I didn’t like was I paid for a king suit the ac broke the first night and I got a lot of hell form the front end staff to get another suit we ended up in a queen room for the night and so I paid for a room I didn’t get to use and the staff made it seem like it was my problem the ac broke they didn’t want to put me in another room they keep telling me we have no more rooms they are all booked it was a pain in the butt to say the least
