The carpets in the hallway are getting old. The glue under it is bad so there are spots that are sticking out. It’s really a tripping hazard. We found an unbelievably old half-eaten apple under our bed as if it was kicked under thinking we wouldn’t notice. The shower is broken (the faucet and the shower head run at the same time). I notified staff about it and they said they would send someone up the next day as it was late and they didn’t have maintenance. Nobody came and nothing was done. When you try to call the hotel to talk to someone it just goes to the automatic voice. Sometimes it rings until they hang up on me. When someone did actually pick up I would have to call many times and when they did, I was given attitude. The Keurig Coffee machine is broken (I only used it on the last day of our stay so I didn’t bother asking for it to be replaced or fixed because they did nothing for the shower anyways. Overall, I’m glad I had a roof over my head, but I’m disappointed and I will not be staying at this hotel again and will advise others not to as well. On top of that, I will not be using Orbitz as it did not mention anywhere that I would be paying in US dollars. When I am in Canada and reserving a hotel in Canada. So, in the end, I was charged way more than I agreed to be paying.

Needs upgrade

Excellent but overpriced. Quick check in, clean, comfy bed. However restaurant closed at 10 pm. Very inconvenient for travelers arriving at night

The hotel is not too far away from the Toronto International Airport, and it has shuttles that run between the hotel and the airport no matter what time you need the service.

No hot water and loud AC in my first room. Second room ran out of hot water 1 minute into my shower. Took over an hour and two complaints to get someone to change our room. Bar was nice but drinks were terrible and expensive. Couldn’t taste alcohol at all in my mixed drink!

Upon checking in the rooms were not clean, even the room that I was moved to had dog hairs on the chair. It was so gross and so disappointing. The sheets were not ironed and the front desk in the afternoon did not help at all. I will not stay here again.

The room was very comfortable

Friendly staff, clean facility

Avoid Room 216. It overlooks the flat roof of the entrance and has 2 large venting tubes inches from the window. Had to take cold shower as either they run out of hot water at 8 am or the wonky fauced did not work. Place all over all very average.

Meh.

There was only one person working night shift, they never picked up the phone for the airport shuttle and it took us nearly an hour to get checked in.

There is no hot water for shower! Can’t imagine this hotel is located in Canada. The e shuttle bus between airport and this hotel is very crowded and has a long lag for next one if you couldn’t squeeze your self in. We paid breakfast when booking, however this hotel doesn’t offer breakfast! Sad to see life quality in Toronto has degraded so much…

Our shuttle driver from the airport to the hotel was wonderful. A storyteller and kind gentleman.

Bed was extremely soft and comfortable. Would stay here again. Clean spacious rooms with nice bathroom.
