"Our stay was as expected per the suite advertisement. Rug and furniture was bit run down and raggedy. Staff was not great. Man at front desk had no please or thank you in his vocabulary. Had to call front desk twice for extra supplies and again, no applogies fir that"

"The hotel was clean, well maintained, and conveniently located in a prime area with safe parking, making it a great base for exploring the city. The breakfast was decent but offered very limited options, which could be improved. Overall, I would stay here again because of its excellent location, cleanliness, and the sense of safety the property provides."
