If the outside temperature drops below 55 degrees, unfortunately the pool heater will not be able to be used and a refund will be given.

House was just what we needed for a short vacation. Had everything we needed. The heated pool and practice putting green made for some fun times. Owner responded very quickly to communications and went out of her way to make us welcome.
