This Gem is fully renovated with everything you should need in the Historic District. The Katy Trail is just a 2 minute bike ride to get to. You are just blocks away from the the Historic Main St. also the street of st. Charles which Offers a ton of Night-life and alot of shopping and restaurants. There is plenty of parking at the House and secured lot that is lit up at night. This house is located just down the street from Highway 70. 10-15 minutes from the airport. 3 minute drive to the Convention Center

Good communication from host. Location was close to shopping and Old St Charles shops . The condition of the actually place was not the greatest …. Lots of broken blinds , holes in multiple spots. No items in shower was an inconvenience. The pot smell coming from downstairs occupants was not the best but out of control of host . Improvements -Would have loved some lamps in living area ,a place to put feet up to relax while watching TV and possible throw in the cooler temps .

Convenient and Clean

A really nice stay for four adults. Very clean bathroom and a good home base to explore St. Louis. Within walking distance to a coffee shop, bakery, and cute little Main Street area. Would stay here again.

Good location, & parking.

Our family, with kids, had a good stay here. We didn't spend lots of time in the house except for mornings and evenings. It was a good value. Kitchen, bedrooms, main room & bathroom all served us well. There is a steep set of stairs leading to our top floor unit, though it was of no issue for us. The host was easy to get a hold of for any questions we had. Thanks again!

We did enjoy our stay but the listing was very vague regarding stairs. There are very very steep stairs to climb to get into the house that could potentially cause issues for other renters that was not mentioned or pictured in the listing. It’s is a very cute older home and about a 20 minute walk to Main Street.

Good location, walk to historic Main st

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, although fabric on kitchen table seats were stained. Tiny, but very clean bathroom. Also, the description of the property did not mention the very steep stairs to the upstairs unit. While we were able to negotiate the stairs, some others booking might find themselves in a unit difficult to access.
