Although fairly clean, the place smelled of pot , there always seem to be people sitting in their car for hours in the parking lot... I don't care if they sat and smoked dope ... I just don't like the family feeling unsafe

Not enough parking was uncomfortable parking in the rear

Stood in lobby 15 minutes ringing a bell 4 times and someone finally shows up to check me in. He appeared unfamiliar with the check in process and seemed bothered by having to deal with me

The staff at this location is great. The one that checked us in was so kind. Unfortunately, they stay was quite horrible. Our first room, reeked of smoke. The front desk was kind enough to move us. The 2nd room, while it didn't smell like smoke, smelled like feet and dogs. But that's better than smoke to us, especially since we had out 16 month daughter with us. The next morning I tried to ask for a iron to press my shirt since there wasn't one in the room, but they didn't have any! That evening we had leftovers to eat for dinner. I went to the front desk to ask for 2 plates and silverware. She replied that she had plates, but not silverware! And lastly, we wanted to watch tv. The tv is mounted to the wall and is slightly tilted up. My husband went to see if he could tilt it down slightly. When he barely touched it, it came flying down! Oh, and also, they market that they serve breakfast. "Breakfast" us only coffee, granola bars and muffins. Needless to say, we will never be back.

Absolutly horrible. Over booked us and had to go to a different one 15 min away.
