I don’t like that there only want you to paid with US dollars for your food even if you have Ec.
One thing I enjoyed about the property was the accessibility to the ferry dock. One thing I disliked about the property was the customer service, the bedding was uncomfortable, and the furniture is extremely disgusting, filled with dust. The toilet leaks, the tub is not sturdy and the freezer has a malfunction.
The hotel was really nice, and the hotel staff were pleasant
In the city. Convenient for getting around, especially to the events related to my trip. It also provides opportunities to sample local restaurants.
I travel to Antigua several times a year for work and always stay at the Heritage. It's location is perfect for me as it is in the center of town and the bay sunsets are beautiful for taking pictures. As for the staff, they are extremely courteous and helpful. I enjoy having conversations with them, they are a perfect example of what customer service is supposed to be. However, I would recommend they update their furnishings, especially the beds and pillows. I always stay in the suites with king size bed and must say it's rather uncomfortable to sleep in.
Hard to find a good place to have breakfast as most businesses open for lunch and dinner. Had dinner at C& C, which was a 2 minutes walk. Great atmosphere, food and staff.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your recent feedback. We always like to hear from our guests! This is rather shocking to me. I will investigate and, if true, put an immediate end to this practice. This is NOT a policy supported by Management. Sincerely, Derrick Nicholas
