We stayed 4 nights at Hammock Cove and it was not as good as you would expect for the high prices. We were disappointed on arrival by the misleading descriptions of the room. A Waterview villas is supposed to have partial sea view and the only thing we could see were roofs... We were upgraded to a Waterfront villa after complaining with Hotels.com. The service provided by the ambassadors is absolutely hopeless. We saw him on the first day and then nothing. The turn down service was performed only twice during our stay, The all-day food was also a big disappointment. The food at the beach is not very appealing and the food at the bistro is always the same and very basic. The restaurant selection is also very poor - we had to eat 3 times at the Lighthouse during our 4 days visit. On the positive side, the food at the Lighthouse was excellent and the chefs were very friendly.

Resort is nice newer but overpriced for Caribbean. Stuff not friendly at all. Food average. So sad that Caribbean getting so expensive but not nearly keeping up with service. For same price you can go to Maldives or anywhere in Asia and get much better views, experience and service. Truly 5 to 6 stars. Here with service nearly getting to 4 stars. But you have to take this review comparing apple to apple. Vilas with privet pool and butler. Wasn’t impressed at all.

I believe the workers around the beach area should have a standard uniform rather than mismatched company shirt and regular bathing trunks. Pay closer attention to the guest rather than huddling around the bar conversing with each other. All else was very pleasant. We enjoyed all the restaurants and their servers.

My husband and I chose the perfect private getaway to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary! Everything was top notch and very impressive. From the entire property scenery, the weather, the food, the drinks, the room, our ambassador Delarno, etc....all was amazing. The service at Irene's and the Lighthouse was always on point. We will never forget the 7 Course meal experience at the Lighthouse. LLasmin was the best!! Lol, she helped us understand what we were about to eat everyday. Everyone made everyday comfortable and enjoyable.

We stayed at the Hammock Cove for our honeymoon last week. My Husband and I truly loved every second of the resort. It was extremely peaceful and beautiful and clean! The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful to our needs. We were assigned 2 Ambassadors Rayon & Jahvawn, both were great and helped us with whatever we needed. We only had 1 instance where we did not receive room service due to our ambassadors not yet being there. lt was understandable and we still enjoyed our stay. The food was phenomenal, they have 3 restaurants. 1 was Irina's Bistro where you could dine in for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were a bit confused on in person dining times & were told we were late a few times, but not a big deal as we were still served & well fed. This restaurant where the room service/snacks are ordered from. The 2nd was Sir Rob's which was a new steak house. This was reservation only and we dined there twice and enjoyed every delicious meal. The 3rd was a fancier restaurant also reservation only, the Light House. This was an absolutely fantastic 7 course dinner. We were told the menu changes daily, so no meal is ever the same. The staff that is normally around the pool/beach for food/ drinks were always gone by around 3:45. Which is not an issue, but something to keep in mind as if you go too late you'll just have to get drinks at the bar yourself and or order to the room. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hammock cove & will definitely be returning soon.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The grounds, room, pools, beach are all pristine and very, very well kept. The food is next level. The Lighthouse restaurant is AMAZING!!! Things wish we knew beforehand- there is no ATM on premises. Men must wear closed shoes and a collar shirt to dinner. Neither of these are bad, we just would have been better prepared. Overall 10 out of 10. We will be returning.

Hammock Cove is an excellent property to vacation and relax. The ambassadors make sure you have everything you need to enjoy the stay. From arriving to checking out, everything was very pleasant. The waterfront villa's are an excellent choice with prime views of the ocean. The food was always great and staff is very accomadating. WIl definitely be visiting again!

I can’t say it enough. This place is incredible. The service that is offered here is the 10 out of 10. We stayed here for 11 days and again, the best I’ve ever had. The employees actually enjoy working here. When you need something you have it. I wish more resorts were like this one and I hope the level of service never changes here. We met the chef who is in charge of all the restaurants and he’s awesome and really cares about what he is doing. He came out and talked to us about our thoughts when we were laying out by the pool and we only had posative things to say. The only thing I’d change about this place is the bugs. We did have 1 cockroach in our room plus a few spiders and centipedes running around buuut it kind of comes along with the territory because our villa sat in the hills overlooking the ocean. We had our own plunge pool and the bar was always stocked. We had a double shower which was amazing. The AC in the room is phenomenal. The lighthouse restaurant was incredible. Even the standard restaurant in the hotel was amazing. I almost didn’t want to put a review because I don’t want people finding out about this place. It’s quiet with only adults. I already miss it. It’s going to be so hard for us not to come back here as we like to try different places. I highly recommend getting a private boat to barbuda and doing that tour. 5 stars for hammock cove. WE WILL BE BACK! Thank you for making our stay better than what we could have ever asked for.

I love everything about this resort, the food, the ambiance ,the people . Light house food was amazing . The staff were extremely helpful and friendly ( Erick the bartender, Marco the chef , Kenya and Leon the Ambassadors) the all make sure we were taking care I would return to this resort with my eyes closed 10 out of 10

Property is beautiful and staff are super friendly. The dinner experiences at the Lighthouse was also top notch with impeccable service. Rooms are awesome with the plunge pool and lounge area and fully stocked bar - we rarely left the room as we had all we needed!

Had it not been for the fine dining lighthouse restaurant, Chef Marco, and Troy, this trip would have been a disaster. The daytime food and staff are 2 1/2 stars. I do not recommend as it is not a five star hotel as advertised. Do not waste your money. It’s very isolated and it takes about $100 to get anywhere via cab. The front desk, Samantha is very rude and condescending. Most people are very unhelpful and really don’t understand the concept of customer service. The ambassadors are not well trained, and really do nothing for you so you’re on your own. Again, the food at the lighthouse is exceptional, but the rest of it is not worth it. Go somewhere else and definitely book the extreme adventure. That was the highlight of our trip. For a country that survives on customer service, I would never return because they really need training from other countries like Mexico who have it down pat! Thousand dollars a day, I should have received a much better level of service and so should you.
