The staff was super nice and accommodating! The grounds were beautiful too! Food, for the most part, was pretty good too. The not so nice…Bumpy start when they put me in a room with no windows and a solid door that smelled like a basement! They made it right when I asked to be moved, which I appreciated. Not sure why they’d ever put a guest in there, could make the room better by putting in a sliding glass door in. I’ve never been at an “all inclusive” where the mini bar is empty… The rooms can use an upgrade, nothing modern about them.

Staff and amenities were absolutely amazing. The room definitely needed some updating and more lighting. But we are aware they are renovating the resort. The food was good, they switched up the menu for dinner each night at the buffet. Beach was flawless, perfect sand, no rocks, no shells, always calm, not super deep. Pools were great, also cleaned daily. The grounds are meticulously maintained daily. Beach cleaned daily. The night time entertainment was fun, suggest to do a line dancing class so guest can learn the dances. Also, maybe add in some more updated music, lots of oldies but goodies. This was a small resort with not a ton of people, (mid November) Everyone was extremely nice and a true joy to be around. I would have loved to spend more time at the pools, but couldn’t stay away from the beach. We had a flawless time and I can’t wait until I can go back again.

The beach is amazing to to the bay and reef that keeps it calm. Nice pools. Nice and clean renovated rooms. Food and drinks are not luxurious but all we needed. Would definitely come again

This was my first visit to Antigua and I definitely picked the perfect place. We came to celebrate a birthday and the staff was incredibly considerate loving attentive and extremely friendly. The food was great many different options and lots to choose from. They had about four different pools with lounge chairs the room was right on the beach with a beautiful view and with many activities to do at night. I would definitely recommend this Resort and would come again to this Resort because the great attentive staff and food that was provided.

There should be more restaurants to choose from. Also, we tried making a reservation at a restaurant, which can only be done at the hotel, but there were no reservations available the entire time we were there. Gift shop is full of random items for purchase that honestly have nothing to do with the island of Antigua. Lastly, I moved my sister’s bag one morning as we were leaving and a cockroach about an inch and a half long ran out from underneath it. Luckily, a staff member was nearby and killed it…then asked me for my shoe to flick it out of the room. Happy 40th to me though. I’ll never forget this.

Property was beautiful and on the beach but it was on the Atlantic Ocean and not the Caribbean. Water was always rough and snorkeling off the beach had limited visibility due to the waves. Sargassum was bad but the property cleaned the beach every morning. We stayed the week before the property was closing for renovations. So restaurant had limited food and wine selection due to the closing which was disappointing. They ran out of pina coladas, and other drinks. We did enjoy ourselves but wished the hotel would have had better accommodations. We paid for a beach front room and it was not what I would consider beach front however the room was extra large with a large bathroom. Room service only comes every other day.
