Pineapple Beach was a great choice. We loved our room area and the pools/beach was great. The only thing that I would suggest is better house wines to drink. I had to purchase a bottle of select wine at the restaurants for $ 50+. I am ok with spending money on wine, I just think that if the resort is offering top shelf liquor, wine should be also thought. In hindsight, I would have purchased wine at a store in town on my way from the airport and the 8 days would have been superb. Bar staff is amazing and housekeeping was very accommodating.;

Love the laid back atmosphere, yet plenty to do if you want to stay busy from sunup till way after sundown. The food was incredible! Whether it was the buffet or one of the reservation only restaurants they mixed things up well and the quality was superb. The Pineapple Grill dinner we had was one of the best we have ever experienced anywhere. So many activities there was no way we could sample even half of them but we tried. Staff was friendly for the most part though our first porter was definitely not. He just pointed us towards our room and didn't show us or explain a thing. Just had a scowl on his face and seemed to be pissed that we interrupted whatever he was doing to show us to our room! Not a good customer service start there...Our room was not one of the remodeled ones and the bathroom had lots of stains, door didn't shut etc. But the location (Beachfront 126) was perfect for us so we kept it. The bedding was clean and housekeeping generally did a good job though they forgot to replace coffee once or twice and only cleaned coffee pot about half the days (odd). Also had to call maintenance twice to fix the same things (one of which they never did fix with no explanation). Overall pleased for what we paid, and we hope to return.

amazing views and very close to the ocean.........

We had a great time!! The facility was beautiful, staff was very kind and helpful

The hotel is clean and the rooms are big. The beach is nice. Food is good. Very relaxing atmosphere. The staff was really friendly too. Would go back.

Clean rooms,friendly people ,good food,nice restorants

All in all not bad. The all inclusive does not mention the alcohol nanny perk. All drinks were watered down. They never admitted it but the response was always the same, "this allows you to drink more since you all drink to much...….." The sister property across the street had no problem filling your glass.

The property was gorgeous & my beach front room was in a perfect location. The food was ok. Chef Pietro's & Snack bar were the best. Pineapple Grill was fine but very warm temperature. Did not like to have to make 1 reservation 24 hours in advance so every morning at 8:30am had to stand in line to reserve. Never could get a reservation at the Veranda which was also a choice in plan. I think they could add a 5:30pm time slot to get more people options to eat. Then on weekends they took turns having the only 2 dinner resturants on property closed! Leaving you with 1 choice. Buffet was ok but more normal options would be much appreciated. Then was unaware that you needed to book a 24 hour day pass to access the Veranda, which was just across the street. We only wanted to look at the property & shop in their gift shop/jewelry for souvenirs but was unable to. Should be able to go as you please in my opinion. The service was ok, but at dinner they never refilled your drinks unless you asked or asked if you wanted any drinks from the bar without you telling them you would. Entertainment in the evening was nice but wish that it would start at 8 and go til 12, at least on the weekends. Nice that they have games to play in the lounge & shuffle board, corn hole, volleyball, croquet, etc. The free water sports were nice to have as well. This resort is very laid back for 50+ age group & felt at times that we were out of place at times because we like to listen to music while lounging.

Great staff, mostly private beach, perfect weather, friendly atmosphere and a nice mix of guest.

Paradise!!!! The Pineapple Beach Club was an awesome resort, very spread out and spacey, which we enjoyed. All-inclusive was spot on with food and beverages. We did some kayaking, sailing, and snorkeling. Omar, with O's Taxi was the best tour guide, spent all day with us, showing and explaining their history and culture. He also took us to a local beach party. Everyone was super friendly! When we go back, we'll be looking for Omar.

Enjoyed the hotel & beach, people were very friendly. one thing though, our flight was cancelled on Mar3 & we had to an additional $300 to stay another night which I don't think was fair...it wasn't our fault that AA cancelled but we feel we should have been compensated at least half of the amount by AA....also we went to reception to get a flight out on Mar.4 and supposedly we were set to leave on Seaborne at 8am that day & when we got to the airport, we had no reservation...had to hang around the airport until AA opened at 11am & were told no seats available,so we hung around until the last minute & at 1:30 we were able to get 2 seats for our flight home...to say the least, it was a very frustrating time & we were not happy but we did get home for which we are happy.

Room to spread out and plenty of beach chairs. Quaint property that has everything you need. Relaxing, quiet and safe. Workers were very friendly. Buffet food was decent, specialty restaurants were much better.

So much pride in the Country. Well cared for. Service incredible. Great Views. Really Good food! My only suggestion is to make Wi-Fi free and put a couple bathrobes in the rooms (small in the grand scheme of things) awesome job! Would definetely recommend!

One of the best beaches in Antigua. The hotel is an older hotel, but well maintained. The rooms are simple; king bed, shower, sink, TV - what you'd expect in any quick stay hotel. Get an ocean view, it's worth it. We were there on our honeymoon and loved it. It's peace and quiet. Not booming with loud club music. The water sports are included; sail boats, kayaks, paddle boards, etc. Pineapple Grill was our favorite restaurant. The Outback BBQ is great too, with amazing views. The hotel offers access to many great tours and activities. Great for couples.

Spent 7 days in late August and had a great time! The Good -Fantastic white sand blue water beach -Great food quality and variety -Very friendly staff The Not Good -Not really "all-inclusive". Wifi, in-room drinks are extra. More like a restaurant meal plan -No drink service or room service -It can be very hard to get in contact with service desks. Overall it was a great trip and the complaints are nitpicky. I would love to go back

We enjoyed meeting other guests through on-site activities. The staff was very accommodating and worked to make us happy! The rooms could use a little more updating, but were not bad. Complimentary WiFi does not exist, you will have to pay for it if you want to get any sort of service. We enjoyed having the multiple restaurants to visit and went on several very fun snorkeling and hiking excursions!

It was a great vacation, very lovely staff. We are big meat eaters and thought there was a lack of meat during meals. Also, make sure you bring water bottles to refill as they do not provide any for the rooms. We thought there was lack of entertainment at night but could be we went off season. Food was good, snack bar's burger is amazing. Very clean beach, rooms are also very clean, just a bit outdated but nothing crazy. I would also suggest having bath robes for guests. I would recommend friends to stay at Pineapple Beach club for a very nice and relaxing worried free vacation. We also ended up doing stingray city and Sherly heights, amazing experience, the people from Antigua are extremely friendly.

Everything was great! Staff were very friendly. Drinks were good. Food was hit and miss but always something to eat somewhere trust me you won't go hungry! Beach was fabulous!
