The hotel is beautiful exactly as seen in the photos it is totally ecological and beautiful now let's talk about the all inclusive I consider that it is rather a normal stay hotel not all included first there is only an a la carte restaurant shared with customers who come from outside the hotel in that only restaurant you eat, have dinner and breakfast. In the room you don't even have water you have to ask for them daily at the front desk and mostly there is no water that they say every day at night the water runs out, there is no room service and the restaurant employees have strange attitudes all the time I feel that when they know that you are a guest and you are not going to pay they think you will not give a tip after you give it to them they are a love those who serve at the bars are excellent giving service I think those are from the hotel. I loved the hotel, its super clean and i love it because it's exactly as I thought but the fact that we don't have anything to eat after 10 or water in the fridge bothered me a little if they fix this the hotel will be perfect

The property is unique. Great for couples. Food is a la carte, no buffet. you need to make reservation to eat. Some stuff on the menu are payable. Food portion is too small but the taste is great. They clean the room daily. You can get drinks as you want. The property is clean. Nice views on the ocean from the hotel. Nice beautiful beaches around the property. Staff is very professional and nice. The road to the hotel don't represent the quality of the resort. Overall, excellent stay. Will recommend for couples.

During my stay, the flies were overwhelming. My girlfriend had to use a menu to fan them away while we were eating. In addition, there were small, ant-like pests in the room, particularly in the nightstands and on the counters. If any food or damp items were left out, they would quickly become overrun by these pests.

I had an amazing stay at Cocobay Resort in Antigua! The service was absolutely excellent – every staff member went above and beyond to make the experience special. The food was delicious, with a great variety and fresh flavors that made each meal a treat. The atmosphere is relaxing and truly captures the beauty of the island. One small tip: definitely bring some bug repellent, especially in the evenings. Other than that, everything was perfect. I would highly recommend Cocobay Resort to anyone looking for a beautiful, welcoming, and memorable Caribbean getaway!

This property was amazing! The staff was so kind, the nicest people we have ever come across. The room was gorgeous, we stayed in M1. My favorite thing about this resort compared to surrounding resorts was the colorful cabins / villas on the property. As we are in the carribbean, color is a staple here and Cocobay is not shy to having some color on the resort! There are plenty of flowers and hibiscus to put but hair! Housekeeping was very kind and prompt, they mopped the floors whenever we had asked for service, leaving such a clean feeling and amazing smell! The food portion sizes are somewhat smaller than what we are used to in America, but we never felt hungry. Be sure to order a starter, soup/salad, main course, and desert and you will be fine! The two main pools had the perfect temperature, and were very relaxing. It’s adult only, so no kids will be around. We booked a room with a pool and used it every day. It was on the colder side, and was a great way to cool off in the heat. We stayed at the end of August and the weather was perfection. We barely had any rain. The beach connected to the property is gorgeous, and if you bring ur own goggles you can snorkel a bit, as there are some smaller fishes. There are people on the beach who rent jet skis for $100+ an hour, which we did and would recommend! It was amazing to see the surrounding area by jet ski! There is also a vendor on the beach where you can buy cool gifts from, for reasonable prices! I would recommend Cocobay!

The property is gorgeous and the grounds are really well kept. Everybody who works here is so unbelievably nice- definitely the nicest staff of any resort I’ve been to. Our room was quiet and had a beautiful view. The AC is strong in the rooms and the bed was super comfortable. The room was clean and just the right size. The views from different areas of the property are so breathtaking. The property offers kayaks, paddle boards, and snorkel gear free of charge, which was great. The coffee shop on site is cute and has lots of options. There are beach chairs with umbrellas free of charge, as well as cabanas and couches at the pools that you don’t need to rent! Alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks were amazing, too. This place definitely matches the price and was worth a visit. Everything was really really really amazing except for the food. It did not match the high level of everything else. Everything we had was fine, only some dishes I’d consider “good”, the rest were just okay. The food needs more seasoning- many dishes tasted bland. It’s also important to note that the one restaurant included in the all inclusive package is outside. It would have been nice to eat inside after long hot days in the sun!

My wife and I have been visiting the Caribbean islands for many years. I approached this trip with limited knowledge of Antigua and the property itself. I can honestly suggest to you that our experience far exceeded any expectations. Travel through VC Bird airport was a breeze as was locating a taxi to take you to the property. Upon arrival, we were greeted with friendly smiles and helpful information (and rum punch). Cocobay is situated on the west side of Antigua and close to several beautiful beaches. The cottages offer a rustic and outdoor feel, but are clean and offer a superb view of the surrounding area. Simply put, the view is breathtaking. Cocobay offers various packages and my wife and I paid for the Romance package that included a couples massage, floating lunch at black rock pool, and a private sunset dinner for two. The infinity pools on-site are stunning. There are so many little hideaways and quiet spaces on the property - perfect for couples! There is a coffee and gift shop close by with delicious coffee, lattes and smoothies. Several bars dot the property and offer incredible tropical refreshment. There is one main restaurant, but the menu changes daily and is so intentionally-planned with delicious food and perfect portions. The service was second-to-none and ensured my wife and I enjoyed a restful and special experience together. We are already planning our return trip!
