The room was exactly what was advertised. General place was clean and staff was friendly. However, for it being a high end all inclusive stay, the service was very poor. The staff was slow and seemed a bit disorganised at times. Out of our 5 day stay, we took between half hour and 45 mins to get our breakfast after we put in the order. The desserts were ok but were defintely not fresh. There were limited variety of food offered for lunch and dinner but the food that was offered was amazing. There was one waitress in particular who always served us with a smile, was kind and kept checking on us for drinks and to make sure we were good, Shanea, she was very nice. She was also the only one who did that for us. Overall it was an okay stay but when you think of an all inclusive you expect certain standards that just was not entirely met. Also, parking was a bit difficult and limited since they had a small area that was kind of close to the rooms (but was still a bit of a distance depending on which room you were at) that could have parked maybe 6 vehicles. A larger parkinf area was available but was a long walk to the rooms.
