It was christmas day, what a way to share a happy cheerful welcome. The bathroom had nothing in it but toilet paper and liquid hand soap. The shower glass wall had a massive crack and someone thought it was smart to use paint and draw over the crack in a shameful attempt to hide this.

We do apologize as it was a last minute booking. Staff finished their shift and went home to enjoy their Christmas holiday with family. You checked in later than anticipated and there was no communication with your arrival time. When we received a message from you, you requested the WiFi password and nothing further. The island was closed due to the holiday, which I'm sure you would understand as this holiday is standard across most countries.
