I very seldom come to Springfield now that I am getting older but always stay there when in town so feel comfortable there

Was dirty. Needs windows all cleaned. Need to check behind beds. Someone else's hat was left behind bed

Cute hotel on route 66. Loved the theme. It was close to stuff we needed.

Water leaking from the ceiling. Unresponsive staff, generally dirty and no restaurant like they said. Not even coffee in the foyer. :(

Room odor, 3M hooks on walls, ran out of TP, no smoke detector (wires dangling) . . . on and on.

Great staff and a reality unique property that started as a Holiday Inn during the RT66 era. The building contains a lot of RT66 memorabilia and is clean and well kept. The present owner continues to make more upgrades. I will stay here again!

Room was dirty (stray hairs everywhere). No soap in room. Continental breakfast was a selection of various cereals and very weak coffee.

Did not end uo staying there. They gave me a refund. It waa very dirty.

Perfect for one night.. Not bad for an older hotel

The bed comfort was ok, but that was about it. The hotel hasn't been updated in many years, the TV didn't work properly, the shower had build-up in the grout areas, the couch and carpet were stained....... I can put up with a lot, but I didn't feel clean, or therefore comfortable staying at this hotel. I would not recommend it to a friend, nor would I stay here again, even for the low price we paid.

Stay was disappointing, the only clean towels were hand towels, and there were old pizza boxes found in the room

Lovely to have an onsite cafe to actually order off a menu in the morning, and there is a fish fry on Friday nights. This hotel seems to function as a hang out for the surrounding community. Great to see all the displays and historical artifacts.

Awesome closure to our trip! Just saying could probably replace the tattered flags on roof with Route 66 banners would look cool

Staff was amazing hotel is under construction right now but very nice. However if booking call the hotel we were over charged by this company

Quick and easy check in and out. Friendly staff. Would stay again.

Worked for what we needed. Clean & neat. Breakfast bar good.

HOTEL is awesome for the history an nostalgia on the walls. The rooms need to be updated but will probably stay there the next time I'm in town!!
