Bed was uncomfortable... AC didn't work properly... neighbor sounded like they were moving furniture...room was clean and secure...no supplies in bathroom like shampoo and conditioner....for $100....thought that should have been included....no free breakfast... friendly staff...

Room was just plain weird, floor was linoleum tiles throughout the whole room. No carpeting and nothing to add any warmth to the surroundings. It smelled bad and old as soon as you entered the building. Just an unpleasant experience.

Did not stay. The room was dirty and the hotel has a horrible smell. Couldn’t get ahold of hotel.com to talk to anyone so called credit card and told them about the situation and they stopped payment for room.

This is the first time I have been disappointed with a hotel or motel. The front desk attendant was extremely unpleasant, and the rooms were infested with cockroaches. Small ones were crawling out of the toilet and on the walls in the bathroom. When I addressed my concerns and asked for garbage bags to put my luggage in to protect it from bringing home pests, I was treated extremely unprofessionally, as if I were inconveniencing her with my request.Not only was I calm when I told her about the bugs, I was sympathetic to the fact that she probably deals with a lot of hassle being the only person at the desk. Our group was willing to overlook the bug situation at first, and I was even given a new room however, my fellow travel companions found a massive cockroach in their sink so we left. The attendant at the from desk didn't even look at us when we went to the return the keys. The way this was handled shows this is common occurrence at this location. At midnight we left and found another hotel one hour away. Expedia is looking into the situation thankfully.

As soon as we walked in our room we saw dead and alive roaches all over the floor. Lobby reeked of pot. Instantly turned around and walked right out.
