Breakfast limited, no running water, had to wait 1.5 days for a new room. Phone didnt work in room. Laundry room locked with my clothes inside. Took more than 30 min with me waiting to have someone unlock room. Bathroom dirty in both rooms i was given.

Overall price for this property was a tad bit higher in price than some of the cheaper ones but far better all around, it also included breakfast which was a plus. I have stayed in about 5 different motels during my trips to Springfield IL. We visit family there usually once a year and this property topped the rest. Very clean, safe, quiet and walkable to a few restaurants and has a Walmart beside it. We will be staying here on future visits.

I was very impressed with this motel. Very nice decor, friendly front desk person, rooms were updated and very clean. We plan on staing here when we return for the car show next year. If we need to travel in the area again we would use this motel again.

Comfortable stay

I had an ideal experience for my stay.. the room was clean and cool. When I contacted front desk regarding the remote to the tv. Someone came and brought a remote to control our tv. Making the rest of our stay pleasant. We were right beside Walmart make it super convenient to grab snacks
