Great stay!

Easy check in. While checking in an angry customer was yelling and threatening the staff. Staff and manager handled it so professionally. Room was clean and everything worked well. Pool was clean and quiet.

They would not accept my pre-paid debit card that I get my waitressing tips on (real money and spends exactly like a debit card and is labeled VISA Debit), then to pay cash wanted a $200 deposit. Was kept up ALL night long until 4am by screaming neighbors while having an 8 month old baby with us, just to get woken up at 9:30 am by a false fire alarm that caused us to evacuate the premises to be told as soon as getting outside that it was false and we could return. We then just left of course. Overall very dissatisfied and will not return.

What a deal!

Beautiful facility.Fireplace in lobby was warm and inviting. Room was huge and well equipped. Price was very reasonable. Staff was attentive. Breakfast was well stocked and had much variety.

Great Spot.

I had a quick trip to Springfield to take care some family business. This Hotel was comfortable, clean, located around plenty food options and near the freeway. I have nothing but good things to say. Plus I inadvertently left my iphone ear pod in my room at checkout. The front desk called the cleaning crew, they found and returned my Expensive Christmas gift and I’ll be forever grateful.

Overall value of the room for 2 nights was about avarage, however be prepared to also have a $200 dollar room deposit if you're a local resident of around 50miles from this location, farther away and tou only need a $50 deposit, evening employee was more than happy to allow me to cancel and then proceeded to ignore me, we weren't the only arriving patrons that were also shocked at the deposit and the uncaring person behind the desk that only offered a response of "it's company policy" and local people have caused damage, maybe if I was a male employee I would have had better attention, BTW our had several issues starting with front desk, noisy refrigerator, loud heater, broken head board/side table, crazy deposit....I travel alot for work, and always looking for a great place, not so sure here
