The staff was extremely RUDE and IF I asked a question or wanted some information, they made me feel like it was an imposition for them to answer me! I did NOT like the location, the staff or the breakfast!! Would NEVER recommend this property!!

Stopped here while on a road trip and needed a place to stay for the night. This place was clean, staff was very friendly, and free breakfast the next morning. Would stay here again!

I was in town for one night. This hotel was comfortable and I appreciated the front desk staff accommodating my request for a room close to the elevator. Also, I left my robe behind and they went above and beyond to mail it to me. Thanks for much!

Normally have no complaints with this hotel, but the conditioner bottle in the shower was empty and the hair dryer did not work. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Another fine experience.

Upstairs (first time). Mexican restaurant was very good, good server. Like the location—close to retail, gas, eating choices. Friendly folks at the front desk.

I stayed off and on for several days while I had a family member in the hospital. Nearly all the times were good although one night there was a huge group of guys who where there for a golf tournament. They were drunk and obnoxious and so loud - which wasn't the fault of the hotel, however, management needed to call in someone to help the woman at the front desk. Besides that, I had very good experiences with the hotel. I will definitely stay again.

Not clean, room smelled.

The entire room smelled. There was a humidifier running when we walked in so I assume there had been a leak or maybe they steam vacuumed the carpets. But the smell was the worst. It irritated my asthma. Overall I the rooms were just not clean. Dates is ok if it’s clean. And I’m sure I could have asked for another room but I was alone with my daughter and it was hard enough to unload everything by myself and get it into the room we we just dealt with it.

As always the stay was excellent. This time they were even more accomodating as we had a medical emergency and needed to add on days to our stay. Not a problem and they kept us in the same room.
