The hotel staff should make it aware the pool will not be open when customers arrive and pay for their stay. That was the whole reason for me booking because I use to love their pool area.

Management was very stuck up and rude. They were very unhelpful and made me feel extremely unwelcome at their hotel even though I paid for three days in a suite and I was never refunded my deposit even though I cleaned the room thoroughly.

Great Hotel

Great stay and very clean room. The service was fast and simple and the employees were very kind. Has lots of amenities and a cozy restaurant/bar area. We had a very nice stay for a great price!
