Not happy with the conditions nor services. Loud noises in tje hallways

2 night stay. Room did not get made up. Noisy..

The heating unit did not work well. There was no microwave in the room. Room service plates and uneaten food were sitting on the floor in the hallway outside several rooms in the morning. The hotel is attractive.

No microwave in room. Heating difficult to control. Liked Keurig coffeemaker. Attractive hotel.

I stayed 6 days. The 1st nught I had no remote. I finally called for one. The tub was dirty, had dirt in corners so I cleaned it myself. When I was packing I found the remote under the couch aling with a Florida bag, lots of trash and $2.34 in change. It was obvious they have not cleaned under the couch in a very long time. Staff very friendly especially Dominique.

The property was lovely with a good location. The parking lot does appear to be due for a resurfacing, but it's not bad. They are in the process of revamping they're room service menu. Be sure to ask for a current one until they've completed that.

AC wasn't working when we checked in, maintainace was able to get the AC repaired but the room didn't start to cool off for several hours,

Facility was nice; however, the pool was not heated and the whirlpool and pool were very dirty.

Thought the bed was comfortable, the room was very clean and well-appointed. Room service was prompt and friendly.

Nice hotel. Conveniently located. Definitely will stay here next time.

Nice Hotel in perfect location for attending all events that I needed to attend.

Ive stayed here before and was happy overall, this stay I was quite surprised by the cleanliness of my room peanuts and sunflower seeds on the floor pop bottle top and overall not vaccumed. Bathroom was so sticky tub leaked on the floor toilet seat was so bad to almost falling off and toilet was consistently running, Hair in the tub. I was very disappointed with the room it had a very odd smell upon entering. The hotel is a nice hotel with a great breakfast and friendly staff. I do believe its a rare incident but was very disappointed.

Room not clean, bathroom so so, only one towel , no mat in bathroom & samples of soap

I enjoyed my stay at Crowne Plaza. The staff was friendly and the room was great. Plus it was quiet.

I give this hotel 5 stars. It was very nice and quiet. Had a bar and restaurant that we sat in while we were there. Food and movie was walking distance from us.
