the rooms w we re not great. we had to switch rooms. the 1st room smelled horrible. The 2nd room smelled mildewy and must. triggering my allergies and sinuses. the shower flooded the carpet was old and you could feel it. Orbits really need to monitor the properties it accociates with. the last hotel i stay in in springfield was horribe as well i sťayed but i didnt feel comfortàble

Not the worst place but not best. Bed comfortable room not the cleanest, but not horrible if you can tolerate dust and not fussy. Water in sink and shower drained slow. Shower pressure was great. Motel style no frills good price. Decent but not impressive served its purpose.

Very run down and dirty. We had to wait almost three hours past check in time for our rooms to be ready.

The property was badly infested with bugs, there was mold on the carpet, and no one ever came to clean my room.

Just passing through. Beds were new and slept well. Good experience.

If it wasn't for Jamie we would not have stayed here. I called ahead to insure a ground floor but there was none when I got there as promised.Jamie knows we stay there twice a year during race days and found us a room on the ground floor. She really cares about her returning customers and knows how to create a returning business. She should have her own hotel or be promoted to district trainer for the Red Roof chain. Very impressive Lady. Don't let her get away!!!

Nice place and it was cozy and a good place to relax!

The front desk clerk was very nice especially we got there very late. We were able to get into our room very quickly. It was new experience because I have never stayed at a hotel that had doors on the outside. It was nice to park in front of your room. I think the locks could be upgraded a but, luckily nothing happened but you never know. At least it was a key card like everywhere else. The bathroom could use a little outdated and can use some upgrades. The light in the bathroom was very dim and took awhile to get bright. The bed sheets were clean and it was comfy.

Staff is very easy going and helpful with information about the surrounding area Also recent improvements have made the rooms more attractive and comfortable

everything was as expected, easy to get to, will stay again. Lots to do in Springfield Il.

We stayed at this hotel for two days and the room was dirty, the staff was very unfriendly, the ceiling of the room was old and the paint was coming off.

They are currently remodeling so our room had new furniture and floor. But it had not been fully prepared for guests. There were specks of paint and blue tapes on metal equipment. This place will probably look great once they actually finish the remodeling.

The hotel was being renovated so it was a bit noisy during the day. There were times when there was no hot water at all. Overall the experience was good, the price was right and the location was good.

Just an ordinary hotel. Nothing much to say great about it.
