Please do not stay at this hotel. First room unclean, hair strands in the bed. Second room the bed had a deep dip in the middle and used soap in the tub. Third option had roaches in the bathroom. Not to mention homeless persons roaming in and out of the lobby. I left and had to find another hotel to stay. I lost my money but gained peace of mind.
Little to nothing is provided in the room (no drinking cup, no coffee maker, only 2 bath towels and 2 washcloths). The kitchen contained nothing at all. There was only one trash can in the entire room, in the bathroom. You have to ask at the front desk for any kitchen items. There's no working icemaker anywhere in the hotel, so I asked for an ice tray and they couldn't find one. No coffee maker in the room. You have to get up and dressed and walk to the lobby for coffee. Cheap stay but not at all worth it.

It was super close to the freeway so I didn't have to travel far to get out of the city. The room itself was incredibly large(something I wasn't really expecting but it was a nice surprise) yet comfortable. The only thing missing was a view and better tv channels. Other than that, it was great.

The TV didn’t work, the Refrigerator didn’t work. The ice machine didn’t work . Some lights inside the suite didn’t work! The elevator didn’t work. Nothing worked it was terrible

Helen, Thank you for your review regarding your recent stay at our hotel. Did you happen to check under the kitchenette area for the coffee maker? We place the coffee makers underneath due to having a gourmet coffee bar. And, so you know for future visits, you can always bring down your towels and washcloths to be exchanged. Plus, we have full kitchenette sets available upon request! We, also provide ice trays in all our rooms usually they are located under the kitchenette along with extra trash bags. If that was the case you described I would have 100% not stayed and would have walk awayBut it looks to me you love to complain But it’s not all true as well cause it’s not all true what you described I’m so sorry that I don’t believe what you are saying Next time stay in Hilton it’s better and it’s only200 a night nit 38 that you paid that also u disputed Ha
