Staff was very helpful. They answered questions, held my bags after checkout, scheduled and provided ride to train depot. Room was good. Food was very good at onsite restaurants (Lindsay's served breakfast and the pub and grill served lunch and dinner). One elevator was out of service and could have come in handy since the place was crowded.
