We requested an early check in but room was not available until 5pm air conditioning would not work well

I actually did a lot of research before choosing this Hotel and it did not dissapoint. The staff treated you like you have known them all your life. We had the double bed room and from all of the hotels we have stayed in this was the biggist and made you feel more like you were at home instead of a Hotel. I would also highly reccomend the Buffet, lunch or diiner all exceeded my expectations. Location, what can I say we didn't drive anywhere everything is in walking distance. I would highly reccomend this hotel and will be back.

Well appointed quarters and common areas. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice visit to see Lincoln home, museum, and library. Rooms were clean and quiet!

The hotel was clean and close to train as well as all Lincoln sites for tourists. The staff is Professional and accommodating and the cookies a nice touch especially at the end of a long day. Will was very kind when we needed to change rooms and he adjusted and accommodated To our needs immediately. All at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

Only negative aspect was having noisey neighbors. But, that is not the hotels fault. They handled it great and it was a very nice hotel. I would definitely reccomend.

The hotel is in a great location in downtown Springfield within walking distance to Abe Lincoln Presidential Library, Lincoln's Home historic site, Old State Capitol Plaza, State Capitol building, State Library, various restaurants including Norb Andy's, The Feed Store, Robbies's, The Alamo, Maldaner's and Cafe Andiamo as well as various novelty shops including Del's Popcorn Shop. The hotel has an historic feel.

Very nice area of downtown Springfield. The staff was very friendly and welcoming! I had a very long drive, so I wore sweatpants and a hoodie, and as I checked in, I noticed I was the only one that was not wearing a business suit. No one treated me differently, I was greeted with the same friendly smile everyone else was. Quick check-in, great location, and very clean room. The Starbucks across the street was great, too! There was no refrigerator in our room, though.

Great customer service and close to local tourist attractions.

I travel to Springfield frequently and this hotel is, by far, the most comfortable, pleasant, and well-maintained.

There was some outdoor seating we used that was definitely substandard. Could use repair or replacement. Could have things to grab for breakfast in the lobby in the AM for those of us who are out and about really early.

This hotel is perfect for visiting all the Lincoln sites! So convenient. We parked and were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Loved it!!!

The hotel was very nice and the staff was wonderful.

Enjoyed the view. Great room. Make sure to get a room on the HHONORS floor. Parking is close but a tad on the pricier side.

Nice hotel, great location. Stayed in room 1101. Beautiful view of the Capital Building. The only criticism I have is the odd parking arrangement. It is a self-pay multi-story parking structure owned by the City. There are only two pay kiosks, both located in the parking structure. I suggest they place one in the hotel.

This hotel has made nice upgrades in the past few years. The beds are super comfortable and the lobby is welcoming. Love the warm cookie!

The staff was friendly and helpful during the course of my three night stay and the location was good. The room needed some work. The tile on the floor in the bathroom was peeling away and the edge where the tile meets the wall looked dirty. One of the handles on the bathroom sink was broken. The drapes were sheer so the lights from the direction that my room was facing shined into the room when I was trying to get to sleep. The sofabed was rock hard to sit on, but maybe they all are. I think I'd try the Hilton across the street the next time.

Right in the heart of downtown at a great price! Very clean and a nice workout facility with a pool.

We stayed on a Saturday night in October and had a nice stay. The room was clean the pool area was clean a plenty of towels. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is lovely and the staff could not have been any nicer. Jonny at the front desk was so helpful and kind. We were there to get married. We ate breakfast in the restaurant, it was mediocre at best, and service there was just ok.

Had to pay for breakfast of any kind. I thought complimentary breakfasts were an industry standard. Room was somewhat clean. Shower curtain had a pretty huge booger on it from someone before me. Room smelled faintly of smoke even though was labeled a non-smoking room. Location was perfect, close to everything you want to see.
