Overall, I had a good experience. But the smoke alarm was covered with a plastic cover, so did not feel too safe in the facility.

I checked out of the hotel at 3am on March 23rd. The hotel charged me for an additional night, for March 23rd! I called the hotel and spoke with the manager. She said the housekeeper told her all of my clothing and my property was in the room when she did her rounds on the 23rd, 6 HOURS AFTER I HAD ALREADY LEFT WITH ALL OF MY PROPERTY!!! I explained this error to the managerl. She was SNARKY AS possible to me and refused to refund the $101.68 overcharge. I asked to speak to her superior. She refused, claiming that the owner will not speak to guests, not even a guest's complaint of FRAUD. THIS HOTEL IS GRIMY, POORLY CLEANED AND OBVIOUSLY operated in a shady fashion. Zero Stars. Later in the day, the hotel called me back to state it had reversed the overcharge. No apologies. No explanation, only attitude from the GM, who essentially challenged the veracity of my initial complaints about the overcharge. I'm not the one trying to sneak money out of customers inappropriately. Definitely got a very bad vibe from this place. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Didt csre for the hard wood floors in the rooms looks were nice but was cold and loud
Location was convenient and easy to find. Flooring like laminate made the noises of foot traffic louder. Could hear showers and toilets around us loudly. Painting on walls ugly and not done well. Plastic coving around floor was peeling off. Bed was hard.

By far, the nicest Quality Inn property I’ve ever experienced.
Staff was exceptional ,very friendly and courteous.Although, I thought I paid for a king with a jetted tub, what I got was a King with a shower?
The jet tub was great! Everything was fine. We stay in 5 - 10 different hotels each year and usually find something to complain about, but were pleased here.
She made everything grate she was very concerned on how we are doing

Easy off/on freeway access. Hotel was clean but staff could have been friendlier. There were no towels at the pool and when we asked, we were curtly told “We’re working on it.” Typical hot & cold breakfast items. One plus is the game room- had a couple arcade games and a pool table along with some lounge chairs and TVs. Kids had fun and had somewhere to hang out besides just in the room.
My only complaint would be that the beds are too hard. I woke up so stiff.
