The room was ok but they advertise the room as being fully equipped kitchenette. When I arrived I found out that isn't true. There are no plates, cups, pans, etc. Instead they offer to sell you a set for $30, or a coffee maker for $26, plus tax. Red Roof/Home Town should tell you this when you book the room

The room was not clean ,hair on the floor in the bathroom and shower. Toilet was not clean and sheets on bed had lots of piles. The garbage cans were filled to the max and the only elevator was next to the garbage over flowing and smelled.

Please is clean and staff is pleasant. BUT it gets low rating for amenities for following reasons: #1 NO ICE MACHINE...what kind of reputable franchise, in this case Red Roof, can possibly have no ice machine? #2 NO COFFEE MAKER/appliance to brew/make hot water. #3 NO COOKING UTENSILS....like pots or pans, unless you PURCHASE a kit. Room with full size fridge, two open stoves, and microwave. 3 floors and has elevator. So if you need ice, cooking utensils, and want to make coffee/tea, make sure you bring your own ice, something to brew with, and cooking supplies. Nothing against staff as they are employees and nothing they can do. They dont make the rules.

Tha property was nice but housekeeping can do a better job cleaning.

We didn't even get to stay there. We arrived and they had given our room away...even after we called to make sure the reservation was in order just hours before. I let them know we'd be arriving around 9pm. The front desk clerk was so rude and even said to us "Well I cant make rooms appear out of thin air." And then proceeded to blame the site we booked through (orbitz). I was extremely patient with her because I have worked hotel customer service...her solution was to offer my husband and I SEPARATE rooms so that we could have the two beds that we reserved two weeks prior...which is not a solution me. I'm pregnant and need my own bed to be comfortable at this point in the pregnancy. We ended up having to double our planned budget for a room and scrambling to find somewhere else to stay that night. It was the most unsettling hotel experience I've had.

Accommodations matched daily rate. Not somewhere I would want to stay on vacation. For traveler on business or budget not a bad place to stay.

I did not stay. After a closer look at the room I had booked, the only "amenity" was a bar of soap. Well, also there was a mini-bar sized ice cube tray in the freezer, two cello-wrapped plastic glasses, and a couple of worn-out towels. I pulled back the bed covers to find a hair plastered to the top sheet by some kind of dried fluid. Quite a cast of characters in the parking lot and near the office, reminiscent of a scene from Les Miserables. The office staff was swift to honor my request for a refund, and as I left, three squads' worth of cops appeared to be closing in for a raid, so I believe my timing was fortuitous.

nice for the price, but it would be nice if you let people know they need to bring everything they need, for instance shampoo, dish soap, dish cloths, dish towels, in other words, EVERYTHING.

Enjoy the stay bed are comfortable and showers are great

Average hotel We got there very late at which point the person on duty was helpful and got us checked in got us the keys. In a few minutes we discovered that flush does not work in the bathroom, We called the management, they told it could not be fixed until next day and there was no other room available either.

Couldn’t find my reservation and the room smelled like smoke. Smoke detector had a plastic bag over it.

No shampoo or conditioner. Only soap was available.
