I had a good and speedy check in experience but as soon as I went into the room, that is where the good stops. The room was not cleaned good at all and I found all type of stains on my comforter, to the point where we had to have the staff come change it out. The blanket underneath the comforter ...

I killed 2 roaches in my room,the pool was closed the hot tub was under construction I asked for towels they never brought them

Booked a suite, they put us in a terrible handicap room. When I asked to be moved the lady at the front desk lied to me and said they were completely booked. Was there for a fraternal event that had 10 rooms left over.

Check in was good and went downhill from there. The beds and pillows were hard, a/c wouldn’t keep room cool, the walls are paper thin. The people next to us were loud all night and i realized the next morning they were employees.

I originally booked this for a 4 night stay on Orbitz. The listing said they had breakfast. Breakfast consisted of coffee, muffins, and granola bars...definitely not what I was expecting. Will not book at this location again. I will pay extra to stay somewhere else.

Little dated but nice and clean and comfortable beds for the price.Nice pool and full breakfast in morning.Paid way more other places for less.
